In your agility section you mentioned Brimhaven gloves, do you know where i can get them?

The brimhaven gloves are from the achievements, and you get them from the NPC you turn your agility tickets in to.

New trading update made me wonder if this guide would be affected... And I found other things that may be useful to be added.

Cooking: The 'raw for cooked' trick is a little less effective from the 'no unbalanced trade' update. Assistance only goes so far, too.

Runecrafting: Making runes for people is about the same. Almost bupcus (sp?) from the update, runes-for-essence is hard now. Assistance only gets a certain amount here, too.

Agility: Mention 'cake training', taking cakes to heal HP slowly with many opportunities to eat. Low HP means little damage when you fail an obstacle, so cakes are perfect for keeping it low but actually there.

Combat: Ask yourself... Do you want something that won't hit me much but you can still kill easy and get decent stuff from (minotaurs, for example, you get an ungodly amount of arrows for ranging and a lot of essence for runecrafting) or something harder that makes you eat more and pay attention more while also having a huge pay-off? (This question is what I go by, so it may possibly work with others. Training safely vs. training for profit)
Also, notify that magic spells that don't inflict damage don't raise HP experience, in case they want to aim for a pure or refrain from losing possible exp.

Woodcutting: Yews are actually fairly fast now if you can avoid seeing more than two people at a tree. No autoers anymore

For mining I'd probably add in Living Rock Caverns still a pretty accurate guide all things aside.
