Cockroach workers and soldiers drop Crimson charms, one at a time.

They also drop greens and golds as far as my friend tells me, and just like every other charm dropper I assume they drop all types, even if blue are extremely rare.

Thanks to everyone posting on this topic. All charm drop information posted here has been added to the Monster Drop database (you can view those from the records of the items, or the records of the monsters that drop them).
Offcourse credit has been given where credit is due.
