"Fighter, are you alright?!" Sora said, while walking up to him. To his pleasant surprise, Sora found Fighter alive, though he didn't look all too good. Pulling a Hi-Potion out of his pocket, he gave it to Fighter and told him to drink it. At that moment, his cellphone rang. Sora got it out of his other pocket, and noticed a familiar letter in an old font on the display.

"This is L." The voice from the other side said. "I haven't been able to locate Norfees yet, but I have found someone who knows how to get there. I've sent him to catch up with you, but I warn you; He seemed a bit too willing to meet you all. L out."

"Itzal, how are the Shades progressing?"
"They seem to be living up to your expectations, Tyme. They've managed to take out the other Shade faster than we anticipated them to do so."
"Excellent. Orion, have you managed to locate your son yet? We'll need him later on. The last time he was seen he was with another Shade, and they escaped together. Now, I must admit that Itzal's plan to keep him here by imprisonment was not the smartest thing, but I think it's not too late yet."
"I'll try to find him. You remember to ensure "she" won't find out."
"Will do."

Fighter took the Hi-Potion from Sora and drank it. Instantly, he could feel his wounds begin to close up and his strength return, as if he was being healed by White Mage. "Thanks. Hey, who's that there, in the distance?"

Far off in the distance, a figure was approaching.

Lich glanced into the distance. It was... them. He grinned and continued to walk towards them.

"I can't make out anyone, they're too far. What should we do?"

BIC: Noticing the figure in the distance, Link pulled out his Hawkeye and looked at the figure as if from only a few feet away.

Lich rose his hand, and a burst of what seemed to be red lightning shot from his hand, hitting Link's Hawkeye, and sent it flying into the air, smoldering. He continued to walk, and for the group, he would soon be close enough to see.

OOC: What was that for? How come you always target Link's equipment? First the fishing rod, now the Hawkeye. At least it's not broken this time.
BIC: Pulling out an arrow, Link aimed up a bit then shot it at the figure who had just tried to blast him.

OOC: I hit it because Lich realized he was being spied on, and he didn't want his grand entrance to be ruined. By the way, everyone else. Post.

IC: Lich now neared the group, and let the arrow hit and nick off his bone, harmlessly. "Greetings. I, am Lich."

Fighter had a sudden realization. "You... why... how did you come back?"

"Ah, Fighter. It has been too long. I told you..." Lich's eyes turned dark red. "-that I'd be back." And with that, Lich shot a bolt of red lightning at everyone group member, and took the time to observe his foes. Fighter, of course, a kid with a key (Sora), some sort of weird gobliny thingy with some high-tech looking armour (The Arbiter), the boy in the green tunic that had several times nearly ruined his entrance (Link), a guy with MASSIVE ears (Jak)... and a ton of dead hornets scattered on the ground.

"So... you want to know where this... Norfees place is?"

BIC: Blocking the bolt with his shield, Link said "Yes, but I'm not sure I'm ready to trust someone who goes around shooting bolts at people, including us."

The bolt struck the Arbiter’s shields full force, depleting the shields slightly. In response, the Arbiter whipped out his carbide and fired the entire clip at Lich.

OOC: SM, a little more info about your gun please? I need to know what kind of bullets, firing speed, any special effects ect.

The Covenant Carbide is semi-automatic, so the rate of fire is rather slow.
The bullets it uses are pretty much standard bullets, except they are radioactive, have a miniature rocket motor mounted on them, and are of somewhere between .50 to .60.
There are 18 rounds to a clip.

"Wait, guys!" Sora said, raising his hand. "Let's first listen to what he has to say. I don't really trust him either, but he is our only lead to where this Norfees place could possibly be." After saying that, he looked at Fighter. "You know this guy?" Then, he turned at Lich again. "So... Lich, right? You know where Norfees is?"

Lich, sharply, yet quietly, muttered "Thunder."

A bolt of lightning shot from his fingers, which jumped from bullet to bullet, knocking them to the ground mid-flight.

"I, am Lich, Fiend of Earth. Now, do not take my actions as hostile, as I am merely retaliating to attacks from your side. I am willing to make a negotiation. I will pass on the location of 'Norfees'... if, you hand Fighter over to me. If you take hostile action or refuse my offer, I will have no choice but to kill every last one of you."

"What? Why would you want me?" Fighter said in shock, then added under his breath "Other than use of my clearly unmatched SWORD skills."

Jak hatched an idea in his head. He thought to himself, We could hand over fighter, then, after Lich tells us where Norfees is, we bash in his head and take fighter back.

Fighter turned to Link. "I don't know... Anyways, Lich is one of the Fiends that guard some orb thingys that Sarda the Sage makes me, Black Mage, Red Mage, and Thief run around collecting. The fiends almost killed us though... Lich killed Black Mage, but he came back from Heaven somehow, Kary killed Black Belt and then I fought her untill we could defeat her, the Krakenoid guy ate Red Mage, but Red Mage killed him from the inside, and Muffin shook Thief hard, but then Dragoon came in from above and killed her...

BIC: "You don't happen to be carrying any of those orbs on you right now, do you?" Link thought it plausible that this might be the reason Lich was after Fighter.
