I watched this when I was 11 or so :3 (in german channel: Viva)

It's basicly about some guy who has the power to decide wether there will be recreation or continuation of a the world.

Haven't heard of many people who have watched it, but it is such a great anime. It's the first serious anime I every watched (brings back memories :'))....

I didn't really finish watching this, cuz the german channel stopped casting it.

Oh, isn't this the series by CLAMP, with this guy named Kamui as the main character? I wanted to read the manga, lol, since characters from X-1999 (namely Kamui, Seishirou, Subaru and Fuuma) reappear in Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE (another manga series by CLAMP and which I am reading right now), but it isn't on OneManga.

I don't know about the manga, but yeah the main character (guy with black hair and cape) is called Kamui.
