Both the Tzhaar-ket and Tzhaar-xil drop 2 obsidian charms a piece. Like 90% of the time.

32 Crimson charms
2 Green charms
1 Blue charm
2 Gold charms

on average you get 60-80 crimsons per hour

From what I've seen by skip-reading, fire giants are best to kill for gold charms, plus the occasional blue, crimson and green charm.

Well the "dried zombies" or whatever from the Dealing with the Scabaras quest seem to drop all charms...why anyone would care about things so far from bank? Well, they're the only undeads that you can use both black mask and salve ammy on (abby specs have good hp but you have to use a nosepeg) meaning you can have some fun on them. With around 90 str and d b axe special you should easily be able to hit 38s on them. Of course, I'm not 100% sure that Salve Ammy and black mask stack but...

Woot, Abbyssal Demons drop charms now. Got one gold charm in 3 kills so it may not be super common. I'll post what I get after I finish what is remaining in my task.

yeh im at abby demons and there drop rate is lame i got 2 crimson an 1 gold out of 20 kills



Edit: your going to have to close this topic an start a new one or redo all the drops again because most have changed for the worst

i had 31 crimsons out of 70 abbysal demons and several others..they dropped often for me

Okay so now Jagex has reversed the change because they introduced 'new bugs'

I call shenanigans. Monster drops have been around since day 1, there is no new code involved, it is very simple. The monster has a list of drops and a percentage. Now I can see that with something like summoning they are adding a lot of data and there are going to be typos. I assumed that the giant rock crabs was a typo (10 instead of 1) considering they drop so many when everything else dropped 4 and they were level 200+ and dropping 4.

But I don't get why they would need to roll everything back, like I said dropping is code that has been around since the beginning of time. It's not very complicated.

Well, I got 170 kalphites for slayer and I've killed around 50 soldiers so far...and I have 15 gold charms, 4 green charms, 3 crimson charms, and 6 blue charms.

Nice idea on listing the high alch prices...Sadly, I sold a bunch of mine to a general store because I was too lazy to alch them.

Monsters in the barrow crypts like the rats and giant spiders drop green charms too. Also does anyone know how much spirit wolf pouches alch for? i never tried it before and im not a member anymore.
