Ok for the two people with girl problems..its easy, they may not find you physically attractive, whats wrong with that? you have your personality to fall back on.show they you can be funny, sensitive you no the whole chick crap.

That dosnt seem to work just say straight out you like them..may be hard but ive done it many times, she rejects you? you have the rest of your life.

Hmph.

So, there's this girl who's my best friend pretty much. We've known eachother for 4 years about, and we get along great.

It's just that all last year we both fell in love with eachother, but both pretended we didn't because we both thought the other didn't, which ultimately lead to us being mad at eachother and ourselves. We got over that though. Afterwards we did end up dating for a short time, then split up.

But I still want to be with her. I just don't think she'll ever feel that way, because she practically considers me like a brother sometimes.

Should I take my chances and tell her? I have a feeling that if I don't I'd regret it even more.

Is your love for her, as a "brother" as it is called, or is it love that you want to be with her..
If she dumped you she dosnt feel right being together and likes you as a "brother"
Non the less in these situations because you are probably spending alot of time with each other you can show her how much of a great person you are and how loving you can be, just always show your side of the story, like if she had a fight and you thought the other person was right, say you thought the other person was right but you can understand why she was right too.

need any more help just pm me

I really want to be with her. Everyone used to tell us we'd be perfect together, but we'd deny it even though we knew it was true.

Ah well, we might go to the movies later, so if we do that should be some time spent between just us.

Trust me, you should keep it as best friends. If you start dating with her and screw up, you'd be risking your friendship.

This sounds sensible. Very common in my group at uni. People get very close as friends, and then start spending more time together alone. If there is a spark there, let it develop naturaly. It is nearly impossible to keep that kind of thing hidden, and so if both of you have it, it should happen.

Of course, social lubricant works. Situations that make you both notice or that leave you in positions where it is easy to go over the edge.

I've had a personal experience with this, and the relationshp just didn't work. We were too close as friends that it just got too awkward to continue and jeapordized our friendship. She'll respect your choice either way :)

Well we hung out earlier. We were going to a play to see our friend in it, but got there a little late. So we just sat in her car and talked for a bit and just had fun, then we went in after it was over and talked to some friends. We went back to her house and joked around for a bit, then we came back to my house and hung around for an hour before she had to leave. We had alot of fun, so I thought that we might've still had something. That's why I was recently interested in her again...

You know, if she ever had feelings for you (and you claim she did) there's a pretty big chance she still has some feelings, I can't see how you could suddenly go from really liking someone to seeing him as a brother.

Also, if you'd confess, what is the worst that could happen, really?

If she'd say that the feelings aren't mutual, you'd be disappointed, of course, but you'd still have her as a friend, wouldn't you? I can't see someone ending a friendship just because the other one likes you even more than you like him.

On the other hand, what if she does like you!

That's just my view, though, it doesn't seem like you have much to lose, and a lot to win
In a sense, it's like the lottery, but with a lot bigger chance to win :D

Yeah, I guess I never really thought about it like that. Thanks, G@mer <3

Well, yeah. I make her laugh all the time. We've had so many inside jokes that neither of us can count them all.

And me, wow were a bunch of nerds ^_^

u gave me permission to laugh, so ha-ha

and to the dude getting bullied:
What i do in school is act like a complete nut and tell anyone who messes with me that im gonna kick them square in the babymakers. That and my best friend is 6ft+ tall 300+ lbs...

That always helps.

On a serious note, ignoring him would probably be the way to go, but what i really love to do is make the bully feel like a complete idiot...the next time he hits you or whatever, just be like, "yeah, :bunny: hole, where's that going to get you in real life besides ending up someone's :bunny: in prison?"

sometimes it riles them up more, sometimes it works like a charm, but ALL the time, it will make you feel better. Try it.

Don't worry about it. I was made fun of (elsewhere) for waiting until I was 16 to have my first kiss. I say save it for someone more special than a girl who is going to dump you within a week.

Personally I regret dating.. I wish I had waited till I was 16 or so, this way those girls might have been abit more smart..
