Ever played the game "Mouse Trap"?

It's kind of like that. A pole with a basket trap pops up in front of your character and a little critter's running around the pole. The basket falls down and you catch the critter.

FYI, I hear there's some bug going around of gloves of silence being destroyed after doing random events such as the pinball. My friend has told me about this happening to him though.

Only better before level 80 and if you hire people to take your bones and hides through trades to speed it up

I've been raising Hunting recently and I find Orange Salamanders awesome xp. They aren't as annoying as Falconry. I did Orange Salamanders until level 59, when I was able to catch Red Salamanders. They were failing a lot so I went back to Oranges until 63. I went to Red Chinchompas and they failed more than the Red Salamanders, so i'm trying red salamanders again to see if they don't fail as much.

My advise is, don't start a new creature right as you get the level to catch them, because you'll fail a lot.

You said that raw meat isn't lost when a trap is triggered? How do you get it back? I lost mine... or is it lost when you catch something, but not when it gets free?

Yeah, I still need info on the imps, but I also need to add reward information for some of the traps and stuff about the hunter crossbow and potion. Unfortunately, my internet has been dead these past couple weeks and I haven't been able to work on it much.

Raw meat can always be gotten back. It will either pop up in your inventory when you dismantle the trap, or appear on the ground in front of your trap. :wink:

Anyhoo, Ill help anyway I can.

The Hunter Xbow gives a range bonus of +55 (Making it the second best ingame, next to Karils).

You can use Kebbit Bolts and Long Kebbit Bolts.

Kebbit Bolts are made from Kebbit Spines that you get from Prickly kebbits. (The spines can be chiseled into 6 bolts or given to the guy who gives you the bow, who will make you 6 bolts for one spine and 20 gp). Same for the long kebbit bolts, except they use Long kebbit spikes from Razorbacked Kebbits.

It fires somewhat faster than all the other xbows, and I love it lol.

Chinchompas at lvl 63 is a BAD idea. They keep failing. Id suggest taking up chinchompas at about lvl 70 (80 would be perfect). I would also suggest going back to the falconry at lvl 69 and hunt Dashing kebbits. It is VERY fast exp from what I heard.

Oh also, Jungle camo top and Desert camo top have hunter level requirements..

Jungle is 4 and Desert is 10, If i remember correctly.
