This cave is located on the island of Mos Le'Harmless. For information on how to get to Mos Le'Harmless use this: Cabin Fever Guide. In order to reach it follow these steps:

1. Go north when you get off the boat and keep going north until you reach the hige wall with many pirates on it.
2. Then go east and slowly go south. (BEWARE OF JUNGLE HORRORS - Level 70)
3. You will come to a wall that you cannot pass, ignore this and go north.

Circled on the map below is the location of dungeon entrance:

Image

The entrance is guarded by a pirate, whom does not charge to enter. It is located here:

Image

Before entering make sure you have these items:

Witchood Icon - Bought from any slayer master:

Image

Bulleye Lantern:

Image
A tinderbox is also useful incase you extinguish lanter.

NOTE: All lanterns work as do mining helmets.

Food is also useful incase you take alot of damage.

As you are about to enter you will get this warning message:

Image

Choose "Yes, I think I am fully prepared."

On entrance you will meet a "Cave Horror." These are level 80 and are agressive. Without wearing your Withood Icon they will hit constant 9's on you, so be careful! They also require a slayer level of 58 to kill.

Cave Horror:

Image

You will also find, scattered around the cave, Albino Bats. These are level 52 and are agressive.

Albino Bat:

Image

In the far North-East corner you will find two staircases that you can climb upwards. The eastern staircase leads to an island with several things on it:

1. A monkey and a snake.
2. Four seaweed respawns.
3. One mahogany and one teak tree.

The western staircase leads to another island with several things on it:

1. Five seaweed respawns.
2. One mahogany and one teak tree.

Dungeon Map:

Image
Cave Horror's Drops:

These monsters drop a series of different things. Below is the drops accounted for (so far):

Seeds (toadflax - torstol) , potato, onion, cabbage, tomato, sweetcorn, watermelon, cactus, poison ivy, belladonna)
Nature runes (4 or 6)
Rune dagger
4 teak logs (Noted)
Gold pieces (44 - 264)
Big Bones (everytime)
Herb
Mith kite
Limpwurt root
Mithril axe
2 mahogany logs (NOT noted)
5 rune javs
Gems
Adamant full helm
Clue (lvl 3)
Nature Talisman
Half Keys
Half Sheilds
Dragon Spears
Black Mask

Unconfirmed:

Dragon Meds

Additional Information:

Quote:
Black Masks are gathered from the corpses of cave horrors give a couple of bonuses when worn. Firstly, they provide attack and defence bonuses similar to a Salve Amulet when fighting your Slayer assignment. Secondly, the masks contain a spell that can reduce your opponent's Defence by 3-10 levels, regardless of whether they are your Slayer assignment or another player.

NOTE: These masks are tradeable!

Image

Black mask stats:

Att:
+0 Stab
+0 Slash
+0 Crush
-3 Mage
-1 Range

Def:
+9 Stab
+10 Slash
+8 Crush
-3 Mage
+9 Range

Extra:
+0 Strength
+0 Prayer

It does appear to be a salve ammy but works only on slayer tasks.

A pic of what you can do:

Make sure to quote the Black Mask info, since it was taken from Runescape.com.

And also, that Black Mask image is already transparasized from the Runescape.com website too:
