How about we shut the usergroup down entirely. A brilliant plan. Unique and something they won't expect! And then, we can apply to start it up again, and have the request removed. WHAT A PLAN EH.

Yeah; it doesn't help that we seem to have discussed a lot of anime. No point having a lot of users without topics...
