I once changed my gender in RuneScape, immediately had an admirer who would shower me with gifts. After awhile we got e-married and by that point it was too much. I changed back to the masculine gender and deleted his name. I got a diamond ring out of it and a lot of shame.

Was it enchanted?

I am fairly sure it was, so it was a Ring of Life.

pretty sure I told you guys it was a dude a long time ago, totally called it.

This place just continues to give drama, I love it :P

So was the cancer thing also a lie? We've had others lie about illnesses before, that was super messy.

100% fiction. Sorry again.

Yeh, i don't know if you remember the dude with the "iron lung". It was quite funny how his story totally fell to bits.

I can't remember the name, but i seem to remember he claimed to have been shot, and put on an "iron lung" to stay alive. Story was fairly convincing until it became apparent that he thought an "iron lung" was some sort of implant, like a pacemaker, instead of a massive machine you're tethered to.

Anyway, glad to here you're ok :) RuneVillage has had it's fair share of lies and scandals, and whilst i don't agree with you lying about it to kill off your old persona, i don't think anyone here will misjudge you for admitting it was bullshit. The fact of the matter is RuneVillage was, and for many, still is a big part of their life. RuneVillage is a family, and like family, there is drama, lies, people you never see, people you hate, and people you love. No-one is perfect, and whoever you are and whatever you do, the family of RuneVillage will always be here to listen.

Even if it is all bollocks.

Runevillage the forum is pretty well much done. Runevillage the group will eventually die, but as long as we're still friends with each other in the end, it's still a pretty big thought in our heads. Runevillage the family is forever, no matter where we settle down. If absolutely nothing else ever comes of Runevillage in the future, that alone is a pretty damn awesome thought.
