I don't know about you, but I always considered it a bad idea to nightkill for that logic. Come to think of it, I can't think of a single nightkill I've participated in over the years where mafia've gone after someone for being "onto something". Which is weird, since it's so popular.

Less suspicious of Henry, who is dropping more of his villager tells at this point. I'll vote Thr, who contributed nothing yesterday, except for heap upon heap of speculation and shameful fingering.

I'm not really feeling the Thr suspicions. His speculations were fairly unreasonable in my opinion, but I think his intentions were innocent in nature.

I tend to agree with Sighence's vote on Jaron the most of the candidates provided thus far, despite previously being reassured that Jaron's comic postings are merely typical Jaron.

However, it does unnerve me that bluecoat voted Thr for the blanket reason of Thr 'contributed nothing' whilst there are several candidates who fit this bill more than Thr, in particular Jaron.

Jaron

Anyway, Sparky. Continuing my vote from yesterday. Contributing nothing other than a wild vote, as always. It just is not acceptable to ignore the majority of the game and only come in to post a bolded name and nothing else. That isn't being a team player, and certainly is not helping the town. Even if you are on to something, and have suspicions, without sharing them you are effectively swinging wildly.

Also agree that Jaron could be contributing more, even with his comics.

I'm gonna come clean about my role as well, in an attempt to whittle down those who haven't said anything yet.

I'm essentially a vanilla townie. I'm Anderson Cooper. I can message Top anything up to 140 characters which will then be posted at the end of the day. My first message on day 1 was because I thought bluecoat seemed suspicious, but I hadn't mentioned him in any of my posts, so people wouldn't guess I was Anderson. There was nothing I wanted to say after day 2, and now that I have revealed my role, I don't really see a point in doing anymore AC360 messages since everyone would know it is me.

If we don't speculate where will that get us? We can't work with no information so I try to draw it up myself Shouldn't everyone?

Also, Muscular Ape.

I said on Day 2 that I was most suspicious of Kikori and Ape. However, now I am apprehensive of accusing Kikori because not only did he role-claim (and extremely specifically at that), but his role-claim aligns with bluecoat's, and the way the posts are worded doesn't seem like a Mafia-planned two-person conspiracy.

And I also agree with Dr Henry's posts about Sparky, so I am very willing to change my vote in that direction.

Ok so I'm going to say something useful now.

1). Jaron posting comics was concerning me and I was going to vote for him, however I though this. What if Jaron is posting the comics really is his post condition? (I know this is ironic, because I was accused of this) but what if he's jester? His posting of comics would be suited for the role. You know because there jokes... and jesters make people laugh... Anyway, that's my thought on him.

2). Ive thought about it, and I still think Aragorn is likely mafia. That is unless the doctor has some hint on who is going to be attacked, which I would find less likely than my suggestion that it was his own role.

3). Tennis Ace's role could be either town, or mafia.

4). If Kikori was third party what would his win condition be? He cant kill every night like a vigilante, so it probably wouldn't be anything kill related. For that reason I don't think he is. I still don't to know what to make of it though.

That's all for now.

Also I have to admit, Jaron just posting comics is amusing but has he actually said anything? It worry's me.

These are the posts of Thr's I'm basing my vote off of. Mafia like to cast doubt on folks who survive night attacks. It's a true statement that no one is ever "confirmed", and it goes without saying that every bit of information should be taken with a grain of salt, but this sort of speculation is detrimental to the day. In the early days of the game the village should always be looking to lower it's number of potential lynch targets to improve its odds of getting a lynch. Those "confirmed" villagers can always be revisited later. Yes, the games might end on day 4 due to bad lynches, but folks need to understand that "not making a move until we're about to lose" is a terrible strategy for any game.

As for the quotes about believing Aragorn to be mafia and not voting for him, not voting is the second most useful thing mafia can do, the first being vote. And that's why it's always the guy who votes second.

Re-reading posts I think I'm going to vote now. Riptide He has been laying low, but posted enough to keep him from being under suspicion.

And the possible mafia combination I'm thinking of. (Based on four people)

Spirographed - Plays more of the logical one, siding with more of the town than other mafia.
Dr. Henry - The finger pointer to stir up everyone.
Riptide - To lay low not saying to much of anything useful, but enough to blend in.
Aragorn - More of there lifeline. He has the supposed clear because I was attacked, so I'm a townie going for him.

Once again, this is just what I think.

Excuse me? Who have I pointed the finger at? Pretty hypocritical coming from someone who is all over the place naming various people as mafia and jester without any evidence.

I voted for Sparky yesterday, I voted for him today. Not exactly stirring anything.

I figured AC360 was a daytime detective/reporter, turns out it was just a hypocritical Anderson Cooper imitator on twitter.

Of course Ace could just be lying, and it might just be flavor text. Either way that would make you someone I do not trust.

Tennis Ace

Also last trial Jaron claimed to be mafia all game, and was not. Now he is vicariously living through a Ninja Mafia Leader, so I am not certain he is mafia. But there is really no way to know.

Didn't you try and pull this on me last game, accusing me of lying low? And also, what spurred your change of heart for aragorn? You were pretty adamant of him possibly being mafia earlier.

Yes yes I did. Also I still think Aragon is probably mafia. I stated that above. However I don't like being led to vote for people.

Just as a warning, Lander, my Poison Sting is a "passive" ability. It got blocked. And just as a warning, it can undo protection in the night.
Thankfully there is no evidence to suggest anything other than the Mafia targeting you, so now I know who to avoid voting for. If I had to guess, the attack was at least partly a worry about your level of silence compared to normal games. If it's also partly because you were onto something, that's WIFOM crap I don't want to touch with a ten foot pole.
... Ah, who am I kidding. I love ten foot poles. Especially when it's on something I have a really strong gut feeling about. (In before Rex-joke.)

I've wanted Thr dead since day one, but you decided to place your vote on me. Didn't unvote for me after a roleclaim. Didn't swap over to Thr to put a little effort into finishing him off. And now that he's marked for death (outside the circumstance that I get night killed by someone not him), you want to put attention on him...
Bluecoat wrote:

that you don't even want to commit to?

Bluecoat.

Your role is the game's most effective rolefisher I've ever seen, a chance-based roleblocker, and now you're being one of the most wishy washy logical players I've seen this game. Here's an idea of why Lander may have been attacked; no night power. Your own power makes it perfect to go after people with active roles during the day, and people with passive roles in the night.
