It's been a little while since the 10 year cape finally released. I see them pop up every once in a while, and feel obligated to have a chat with whomever might be wearing it. Anyway, since it was first mentioned when the 5 year cape released, I always wanted to start a clan with a 10 year requirement. Seems most clans are filled with a lot of youngsters and I feel its safe to assume most, if not all 10 year vets are in their 20s now like I am. Would anyone else be intrested in joining something like this? Nothing extreme. maybe some fallen stars or evil trees to get everyone together. Upkeep the citadel. Socialization. Bombard the G.E. with "X" once a week or something.

Neat idea! There's no way I could leave RV for another clan, but I'd love to participate with alot of the events if you ever do start this up!

It doesn't even have to necessarily be a clan I guess. Like Lou said, event's like that are something he would want to be part of. I would think any vet would feel the same way, and that's kind of the direction I wanted it to go in. Starting a clan seemed like the simplest method, but I do understand having a spoken or unspoken oath to staying in a clan you've been part of for a while. That being said, even if it were a clan I would welcome anyone with the cape, in the clan or not, to be part of whatever event unfolds within it. As far as I know, there are no other 10 year veteran clans.

Sweet! I want to witness everyone in that clan invade the GE, evenly space themselves out, and all do the emote simultaneously!

I also assumed this clan would function better in a friends chat. Lots of guys that have a 10 year cape have been playing long enough to have friends made and in a clan already

Youre absolutely right. More 10 year veterans would be more open to join a friend chat, rather than a clan because a lot do have a pre-existing clan they are devoted to. I'll start a channel, but the clan is still there for anyone who may need one with people who are presumably around the same age. Right now there are 8 members, 10 more awaiting their invites when they get online, so it is actually growing somewhat steadily considering it was created only about 14 hours ago. New signature is up too. Not as detailed as my last one, but it's still a work in progress.
