Roleclaiming wasn't all that bad, but considering we obviously have a protective role, there was no need to out your reports. Now that you've outed Tweedy as a villager, nobody is going to push on him. The whole scene of the game changes, and less information is subject to be created. The optimal time to out all your reports is the day following the protective role's death.

 If you are actually aligned with the village (which I currently doubt), good job claiming vanilla townie and narrowing down the mafia's choice for a night kill.

Tahu's staying active without contribution, an on-the-fence behavior that more often than not does signal a mafia.

Why aren't you voting Tahu, then? :?:

An example would be yesterday; if, as a mafia, I had known Bluecoat was a villager, I would have jumped on the bandwagon with everyone else, both hiding myself in a crowd and helping to vote off a villager.

Using backwards logic + WIFOM = this argument is empty and means nothing.

He does'nt think Tahu is more scummy than me. So, I'll go scuicidal, and calmly, too. Anyways, Riptide. I'll just lurk (kinda, I'll be dead.) and look at others, gather my suspicions, and wait to see.

Well, statistically speaking, slightly more than a giant suckusaur. A dire one.

I think Riptide has a good point, whatever it is. So, Riptide.

I'm joining the "what the heck" camp. What the heck. This isn't Upick, so the only standard role that would benefit from voting for itself would be a Jester...right? I'm definitely not voting for Riptide, especially since there's at least one pro-village role capable of nightkills.

You seem to have forgotten that in most games, the Godfather will turn up as town; it is entirely likely it is true for this game, and I wouldn't be so anxious to rule out the possibility of any one of my investigations (present and future) being the godfather without us knowing any better.

I wonder if that's game-safe information for Scar to reveal. Every host is different about this or that with roles, so it's possible Scar doesn't feel the Godfather should come up "Villager". It wouldn't be the first time the Godfather could be investigated properly...

Worst case scenario is it confirms Tweedy as a villager and, as Paidea hypothesized, "less data" is created.
Best case scenario for the village's sake is Tweedy is confirmed as a villager, and his proven-honest opinions help generate data.
Third scenario is Tweedy becomes a potential mafia again via the title "Godfather".

Do we dare ask Scar about this while trying to work out who to lynch? Or do we let this slide and hope for another vigilante kill to work itself out? :?:

Eh, that assumes the mafia has a godfather, and that he appears innocent. Anyways, best to leave hypothetical (let's pretend there is a godfather, would they appear innocent?) questions away from Scar...

What are we letting slide? Personally, I'm just ignoring Tweedy for now (in the sense that he might be mafia). I still want to lynch Tahu, and if I had the vigilante's powers, you could guess who I'd be targeting tonight.

Ohay guys.

From what I've gathered (and I've scimmed through most and read through the last), I don't think a vote for Riptide is right. If this is just him being "his whiny old villager self", I couldn't vote for him, even if he is voting for himself. This being my second game, I haven't really seen if Mafia ever get fed up and vote for themselves or not, but it doesn't seem to me that they would....it seems like they would try and fade out..not kill themselves.

Other then that, I have to go back and read more to figure out who to actually vote for.

P.S. I hope Scar is better @ vote counts then Top. :P

I had it correct on the spread sheet, and that's what matters.

--- --- ---

Anyways, the town deliberated for a bit and then Scar said he was to tired to think up a cheesy story so everyone went to bed and no one died.

--- --- ---

Vote Count:
Jackstick - 2 - Landerpurex, Topsummoner
Riptide - 3 - Riptide, Jackstick, Kikori Kid
Tahu 1000 - 2 - Paidea, Monk Basher

Everyone posted, yay!

As I can't guarantee I will be home when the day is supposed to begin, please be patient with me. I should be home no later than an hour and a half after the deadline has passed at the very latest.

The town was awoken suddenly by a pair of screams that morning. Rushing out to the center of the town, they quickly realized that Tweedy and Tahu1000 were both missing.

Rushing to Tweedys house first they found it spotless, with Tweedys body laying dressed in a tux in the middle of the floor. When they then arrived at Tahu's house they found him pinned to a wall by a flaming sword
that was slowly cutting him in half. Doing a quick search of the house, they turned up nothing but those items one would expect every survivor of an Armageddon to own, Tahu had been a normal villager.

--- --- ---

Tweedy - ???
Tahu1000 - Villager

You have 72 Hours!

Add "consistent" to the descriptions, too. It's about as random on how someone dies as it was in Upick.
