Ice Cube does a damn fine job acting though. Probably the best rapper/actor in the business. (Will Smith doesn't count because his raps are average)

Mark Wahlberg is a rapper. Where do you think "Marky Mark" came from? Marky Mark And The Funky Bunch. They're badass (not really).

K, I have a bit of catching up to do as well.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall - 9/10
It was hilarious for a Judd Apatow film, maybe his best since the 40-Year-Old Virgin. I'd just come from Hawaii so all the stuff was familiar. Mila Kunis and Kristen Bell are impossibly hot. The new boyfriend (forget his name) who's the singer was hilarious in the way he talks. And it was a bit of a feel-good type of movie. I liked it.

The 40-Year-Old-Virgin - 9.5/10
10 out of 10 usually goes to a masterpiece, which this is not (except of comedy). But it kept me laughing (the second time I've seen this in a few years) all the way throughout. The black guy (Jay) was the best. All of the cast was great.
One of the best parts (no spoilers, just a kinda long dialogue):
Hidden:
Cal: That sounds gay. I mean, I just want you to know this is like the first conversation of like three conversations that lead to you being gay. Like there's this, and then in a year it's like "Oh you know, I kinda wanna, ya know, get back out there but I think I like guys" and then there's the big, "Oh I'm, I'm a g-gay guy now".
David: You're gay for saying that.
Cal: [Laughing] Oh, I'm gay for saying that.
David: You know how I know you're gay?
Cal: How? How do you know I'm gay?
David: Because you macramed yourself a pair of jean shorts.
Cal: You know how I know you're gay? You just told me you're not sleeping with women anymore.
David: You know how I know that you're gay?
Cal: How? Cuz you're gay? And you can tell who other gay people are?
David: You know how I know you're gay?
Cal: How?
David: You like Coldplay.
[Cal loses first match; screen cuts to video game footage of Baraka tearing Sub-Zero in half]
Cal: Aw, Fuzzy Bunny. Ow. Dude, at least leave my torso alone.
David: You know how I know that you're gay?
Cal: How?
David: You like the movie "Maid in Manhattan".
Cal: You know how I know you're gay?
David: How?
Cal: I saw you make a spinach dip in a loaf of sour dough bread once.
David: You know how I know that you're gay?
Cal: How?
David: You have a rainbow bumper sticker on your car that says, "I love it when balls are in my face."
Cal: That's gay?
[David loses second match; screen cuts to video game footage of Sub-Zero's fatality]
David: God damn it!
Cal: I'm ripping your head off right now. It's off, and now I'm throwing it at your body. (shouts) Fuzzy Bunny you!
David: Arr.

The Dark Knight - 10/10
Third time seeing it, this time a downloaded version that I watched on the plane. I keep noticing little details I didn't catch before. It's still my favorite movie. Even if they did wreck a bloody Lamborghini in it...

The Prestige - 8/10
I've started watching Chris Nolan's films because Batman Begins and TDK were great. This one sounded interesting but the 1800s setting turned me off a bit, I thought it was modern. Nevertheless, it was good. Very confusing. But good. I'll re-watch it sometime.

Memento - 10/10
A man with short-term memory loss tries to find his wife's killer by writing down clues on his body. Great idea, greatly executed, I'm still halfway through it but it's a 10 out of 10 so far. Probably Chris Nolan's best movie, on par with the Dark Knight.

Saw - 9/10
Heard it was the least gory, best of the series. I agree. It was great. I knew the twist ending, unfortunately. But it was still really great. The music theme (Hello Zep) that plays during the ending twist is amazing.

I think that's it? I'm downloading Pan's Labyrinth for now.

What I meant was Best Rapper/Actor who can do both WELL.
Marky Mark is cool and all, but I can;t listen to his songs.

Monty Python is alway good, haven't seen one in a couple years though.

I just watched Pineapple Express and The Darjeeling Limited the other night.

Pineapple Express had its moments, and Seth Rogan and James Franco were good. The best scene was probably when they sold the pot to the kids, or the last scene in the restaurant. Not much else to say about this one, just an average comedy.

The Darjeeling Limited was great, and I've enjoyed other Wes Anderson films as well. The dry humor throughout the whole thing is hilarious, I liked the running jokes about the short stories and the snake as well. The music was interesting too, very Indian :P I thought the symbolic last scene where they threw away their luggage was well done, it was artistic and all that. So, go watch it.

Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. Counts as a film, k?

20/10. One of my favorite things ever. That's saying a ton especially since it's a musical.

Rush Hour 3

UH. HUH. WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR?

Absolutely everything. Seriously, I loved this film. It had a decent storyline, and the cinematography was good. Great protagonists and supporting characters; mainly George!
Overall a great film. 8/10.

I still haven't seen the 3rd one, even though i loved the 2nd one.
But most people didn't seem to like Rush Hour 3, so Ithink that's why I haven't bothered yet.

Harold and Kumar : Escape from Guantanamo Bay - Good movie, great funny parts, (especially the part when they are on the plane, the part where he was having intercourse with the bag of weed, and the part when Neil Patrick Harris got high and saw a unicorn.)

Doomsday - Good movie followed by bad acting. #-o . The plot of the movie was exceptionally good, there was a lot of blood in some parts. I liked it when they were driving that car away from the Mongel Horde.

I saw Death Race last night.
Very entertaining.
Jason Statham is the man.

Although it felt kinda short, but maybe that's just me.

Jurassic Park. 8/10, pretty good.

Jurassic Park 2: Lost World - 7/10, nostalgic (I saw it when I was five) but confusing a bit.

I'll watch JP3 in a bit.

Just saw Burn After Reading. For all of you Coen Brothers fans, I definitely think youll enjoy it. Stylistically, it felt most like Intolerable Cruelty, though it was better than it. Not The Big Lebowski or Fargo, but you cant expect that. Definitely worth seeing. :)

Cool, thanks :D

I watched Hot Fuzz (second viewing). Very funny at times, but the whole action/chase sequence at the end was too long. Shaun of the Dead was better, too.

Also watched Iron Man (first viewing). It was alright. RDJ and JB are both awesome in most of the their movies (Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang for RDJ, and The Big Lebowski for JB in particular), but the rest wasn't very spectacular.

Also watched American Psycho (pretty much first viewing). Saw bits of it when I was liek 12 or something so I remembered some parts of it but that doesn't really count. It was pretty good, disturbing but funny too. Although, they didn't make it clear whether or not
Hidden:
he actually killed all those people through out the movie, especially since the scene where he kills the old lady and blows up the cop car with a pistol seemed like a hallucination or something. Turns out it wasn't and I had to read a whole explanation
. Definitely not as confusing as Mulholland Dr. (and it wasn't supposed to be confusing), though. So, from that perspective it was sloppy, but otherwise very good.

I'm seeing that today with my gf, so I'm hoping it'll be good :)
I also need to see 'Righteous Kill' eventually.

Last night my gf & I watched 'Titanic'.
I must be one of the few guys who enjoy that movie, although we both agreed that any scene that involved the old lady was stupid, and, we didn't really watch those parts.

Also watched 'crash' recently.
I rreally enjoy that movie even though i didn't like it the first time it i saw it.
Ludacris did a great job too, he was probably one of the better actors in the movie.
And that scene where the girl jumps into the fathers arms to protect him, i wont say from what for people who haven't seen it, but, that scene gets to me everytime :(

Watched Jurassic Park III. Reaction: meh. It's half the length of the other movies, and a shoddy plot.

Spinosaurus was cool too, but I dunno, watching all three movies back-to-back got slightly annoying, maybe. All the movies could've been made better.

Watched Tropic Thunder, i laughed a few times at its stupidity's... Could have been way better, would have made it funnier if in the end they showed at least a trailer of the movie they were "acting".

Burn After Reading was kinda.....bad

If Brad Pitt wasn't funny in this movie, I'd kinda regret seeing it.
