A quick recap:

o Eko was killed by the black smoke
o Eko's last words were to Locke. They were 'You're Next'
o It is revealed that the X-Rays were Ben's, and he has a fatal spinal tumour
o Juliette wants jack to kill Ben by purposely botching the surgery, and agreeing to protect Jack if he does so

In my opinion, season 3 is just getting better and better. Here's a sneak preview of the next episode from Wikipedia:

Jack makes a decision regarding Ben's offer, Kate feels helpless when it looks like an angry Pickett is going to make good on his threat to kill Sawyer, and Locke discovers a hidden message that may guide him through the next steps of his journey to unlocking the secrets of the island.

This episode will feature flashbacks in Kate's life, most likely from the marriage she told Sawyer about in 'Outlaws'

Watched it last night on good ole dailymotion and I must say.... Rawr O.o It was pretty darn groovylitious even though it is hinting a bit of christianity all over the place now, and the whole black smoking picking Eko up and throwing around....
