If the forum went public then Dumdediddely wouldn't be able to moderate it, as it would be in the hands of a current moderator. Normal users can only moderate private usergroups, not public forums.

As for going public...that idea was raised a while back but nothing seemed to eventuate from the administrators.

I might as well post this here, dunno where else to post it, to all you people that don't know or haven't watched animes that some of us are talking about, a great place to watch it is http://www.youtube.com Just punch in the name of the anime and the number, e.g. Naruto 1 or Bleach 23 or something, not all of the episodes have been uploaded but most of them...anyway maybe if more people watch more there will be more to talk about.
