Who will be coming back? I've already begun my nolifing journey to maxed ranged based 60 attack zerker, I'd love to see some of the FoD legends come back. I'd like to keep this thread (hopefully semi active) for the purpose of keeping track of active runescape returnees now that 07 is up and running.

I'm back

I'm still unsure what route I'm taking with my account though, at the moment I've been skilling a little. I'm leaning towards making a staker (boxer) since I've already had a high level pure turned zerker and a high level tank.

The problem is then I'll have trouble PKing, though I suppose if I keep my range high enough I can do both.

Anyway feel free to add me ingame folks, name is "Etiz"

PS it's worth noting while I'm back playing 07scape my RV activity may be fairly non-existent because it seems pretty much the entirety of my ISP's IPs are banned from the site so I can only login the few times I get an IP that isn't banned, or have to go through the hassle of using a proxy just to get on.

Been playing just over a week. I haven't gotten that far with mine yet but I've done a little skilling, combat skills are fairly basic though I'm probably going to aim for something like 60 40 60 before I start boxing. The good thing is because I haven't got def yet I could still decide to go for pure if I so choose:

Also got a bunch of seeds and herbs offscreen, forgot to add those to the pic but there's probably only ~150-200k worth there.

Tomorrow I think my plan is to do some hunter, try hit 900 total, then after that I need to start questing, think I'm gonna get lost city, MM and mith gloves sorted then go for 60 70 1 and PK a little before I decide if I stay pure/eventually zerk or go for a boxer.

If any of you guys have limp roots, unicorn horns or red spider eggs I'll buy off you at whatever the current full price is at the time, it'd really be appreciated, want to hit 38 herb

I'm hoping I can hit at least 1000 total before my first month of P2P is over, and I have just under half a month left so that should be a piece of cake. Hopefully I can get some decent achievements by then.

Yeah austinpwhite, the graphics are exactly as they were in 2007.
The game has the same old great wilderness, and is from before the 'no trade' rule changes and grand exchange.

Are you going to start playing?

Yeah I've been playing now for a few days. If I stay long enough I'll post some pics. It's been about 3 or 4 years now, though, since I've played so I'm a bit more busy nowadays, hah. It's also so hard to make money at a low level

yeah, getting money is kind of tough early on. a quick 10k can be grabbed from the stronghold of security

For money early on you can try law running, when it's too busy you can't make much/any money, but when it's not you can make in the region of ~120k an hour. Another good one is collecting snape grass which should be upwards of 250k an hour, you need to start fremmy trials for that (and ideally not finish it, since banking with peer the seer is faster).

Little update, decided to go boxer in the end, and I hit 1k total too, though 39 came from def levels so it was super easy to achieve:

My next goals are 44 RC, to get some quests done like lost city, dragonslayer etc, and to get att and def up while leaving str where it is for a little longer, then see if I can get some low level staking done before I progress.

Nice progress, I wish I didn't have so much work to do, I haven't been able to get on for a week and probably won't be able to play much until end of April.
