Woot, no more carrying around loads of stuff!

Or you could...you know...buy a house. :?:

Or you could marry the chick in the Riverwood Trader. Get a cut of the profits and access to the storage upstairs. 8)

How? I can't talk to her at all...

Have you found that Golden Claw for her brother, the Shopkeeper? Once you return it to him, she'll be more open, and will in fact make comments about what a strapping man you are.

What happens if you're not a man though? Can you still marry her? :weird:

They've had the law for a while now, and she makes those remarks in passing, but I can't seem to actually engage her in conversation... Hitting "Talk" on her just causes her to say something else.

Actually, yes. Homosexual marriage is allowed. (no seriously, it is)

Also, I've been having trouble unlocking shouts. I have like 5 dragon souls but I can't unlock and of my 4 shouts.

If you've got Words that aren't used yet (they should show up as grey in the Shout area, or within the shout if it's the second or third word) - then highlight the one you want to unlock and press X (on 360) to unlock it.

Square on PS3.

Level 25 now. Just got around to powerleveling smithing up to 60 for Arcane Blacksmith. Pretty much the main thing I wanted out of that constellation, but I might just keep going to get dragon armor. Got my Assassin's Blade.

Joined Dark Brotherhood. Guy in class today ruined ending for me. fml. Gotta say though, I was liking this sanctuary/cell a lot better than the one in Cheydinhal.

Do you have an Amulet of Mara? You need to get it and wear it to be able to marry. You can get it from Maramal in Riften.

And yes, Phantom, homosexual marriage is allowed in Skyrim.

Apparently clicking on the gray Shouts tells me that I need Dragon Souls to unlock them.
Going over them with the "aswd" keys and pressing "r" lets me unlock them. :?:

Well thanks, I got it...even though I already did...yet I didn't...
ok this is weird but I got it now.

+1

Only complaint I have is it is really buggy, and often incredibly laggy. Mine has frozen more than a few times. :'( Hopefully they will patch it soon-ish. Usually when I notice the lag in time all I have to do is stop and let everything render/load and it's fine...

Good news is, the autosave is a life saver. :awesome:

I had yet another companion die on me, so now I have a mage traveling with me and she is SO AWESOME. But when she gets to nukin', the game gets to laggin'. Another thing I hate is getting hit in the face with an arrow or the heart with one of those goddamn ice spike spells...instakill. :spite:

Currently level 30, with 90 smithing. :D

It's a true testament to the awesomeness of the game that people still play it a LOT, in spite of it being so buggy.
If any othe game were as buggy, I garantee you most of the players would quit and wait for bugfixes.

Thing is, it's not even that buggy. Or I haven't noticed if it is... Sometimes it'll freeze, but other than that I've been having a blasty blast.

Possible spoiler? I really don't want to ruin anything for anyone... This game is so much fun.

Following deals with Smithing.

I'm just confused why Daedric armor is stronger than Dragon... I mean, I guess it makes sense since Daedra Hearts are much harder to come by, but still...

Bethesda be working on that. Apparently, the lag problems tend to start once your save file exceeds 5mb, and gets progressively worse. This only seems to be an issue with the PS3 version of the game. Source. Unfortunately, the patch likely won't be available until the week after Thanksgiving.

Other than the lag issues, this is without a doubt my Game of the Year. It's also probably the best RPG I've ever played.

Seems to only be a problem on certain PS3s.
