As an 18 year old educated (though not yet college-educated) non-Christian, I will attempt to answer these questions in a manner which may emulate how educated Christians might answer.
1. Why won't God heal amputees?
God does not heal amputees because he chooses not to interfere in the struggles of his people.
2. Why are there so many starving people in our world?
See my answer to question 1.
3. Why does God demand the death of so many innocent people in the Bible? (quotes a few bible verses).
Perhaps because he does not view these people as being innodent, and views their sacrafice as somehow being beneficial to securing his support among his followers.
4. Why does the Bible contain so much anti-scientific nonsense?
The people who originally wrote the Bible were obviously not taught modern scientific principles, and as a result may have viewed what we view to be non-scientific in modern times as being sound reasoning in ancient times.
5. Why is God such a huge proponent of slavery in the Bible?
Slaves allow society to achieve great things, and perhaps God felt that some people would be best able to contribute to society by being slaves.
6. Why do bad things happen to good people?
See my answer to question 1.
7. Why didn't any of Jesus' miracles in the Bible leave behind any evidence?
What evidence could there possibly be? In reference to the Old Testament, scientists have determined that it may have been possible for the Red Sea to part in such a fashion as to allow the Israelites to cross.
8. How do we explain the fact that Jesus has never appeared to you?
Jesus has been dead since 33 A.D. and has yet to return to Earth.
9. Why would Jesus want you to eat his body and drink his blood?
So you can turn into an awesome Jesus-prawn hybrid.

10. Why do Christians get divorced at the same rate as non-Christians?
Because Henry VIII made getting divorces acceptable for many Christians. I would, however, like to see the difference in divorce rates between Catholics and non-Catholics.
