You can try downloading them from Chaos GFX, or using render brushpacks. Search Deviantart for C42 brushpacks.

cinema 4d is good but making a good texture in cinema 4d is close to inpossbile

You usually don't make textures in 3d programs anyway. Most of the time you map it from a picture.
