I want to make sigs, like when im fishing in runescape, when i have time, to dosomething..so, i want to be able to make grunge and abstract sigs, what program should i download, and wheres a nice tutorial, thanks

Download Adobe Photoshop CS2. Though some people perfere CS since it loads much faster. You can download a tryout version at adobe.com though it will expire in 30 days.
