1. Copy picture
2. Go to File-New Document
3. It should already have the size you need in there, make sure the background is transparent
4. Paste the image
5. Go to Edit-Transform-Scale
6. Hold Shift and drag in a corner
7. Copy the new image and paste it

I think i, or you, missed a step.. All that does for me is change the images scale...i need to crop it =/...

croping is easy. On the toolbar to your left at the very top you should see a sqaure looking thing not the one at the very top right corner but a little lower when you click the tool click on your image and drag the crop tool around then get the part of the crop you want. Then, when you have it DOUBLE click it and it should crop.

Does this work with other programs other than Photoshop? For example Ulead Photo Express? Its just I don't like trial programs :\ ...However I do have the full version of the Ulead software
