I was wondering if anyone could tell me how you mkae different Smilies and Emoticons, animated ones that you can have do different things.

There's not really a magical process, just experiment in Photoshop and Imageready to see what you can come up with.

well you can use MS paint lol and just start off by making a circle then fill it yellow and add ur expression easy as that..
