what ever happend to this? there was the rate me section. i really enjoyed it but i guess they took it off for some reason. can any1 exsplain? it was a nice section o.o

Probably because it was a little too spammy to continue. At a certain time, RuneVillage had over 150 forums (most of them not visible to normal users, but for an admin, it was quite a lot, since they can see everything). There have been several large forum reorganisations, and a lot of old forums are gone now (anti-scam forum is the first to jump to mind immediately, and ofcourse the complete marketplace merged into one forum, that used to be 10-ish forums). But I don't know the exact details on it.

I do know that these kind of questions don't belong in General Discussion, so I took the liberty to move it to Hiker's Campfire, where discussions like this are supposed to be.

Feel free to post a 'Rate Me' topic in Goals and Achievements, that's where they belong currently.

But yes, as Elanthiel said, we downsized the forum amount as Rate Me wasn't that needed, per say. A lot of the replies were along the lines of, "cool 4/10", so it really didn't warrant its own forum. But as I said, the old man guarding Goals and Achievements more than welcomes your ratings.

wouldnt it work if there was like a 3-4 sentence requirement to post? or a optional blerr out your rv name? just throwing that out there

Yeah that might work for the first few days, but then people would just start writing two sentences, then one, then just back to "cool, 7/10"

You can still post rate pictures in General Pictures or the Goals and Achievements forum.
