All done by me, welcome to use these pictures for the official guide.
Alright...

BARBARIAN TRAINING!
So, you want to learn from your barbarian ancestry? Well you've come to the right place, use the following map to get to Otto's Grotto:
Side note: You may also use your games necklace to teleport to Barbarian Assault then travel shortly south, and there is an agility shortcut in Gnome Stronghold requiring 37 agility that you may use as well.
Once you arrive, there should be Otto waiting for you, there is a picture of him at the bottom, talk to him and ask about the different skills, I am going to get to the skills part below!

BARBARIAN FIRE-MAKING!
Alright, for this you will need an Axe and a bow. Talk to Otto and ask about fire-making and he will tell you to make a fire out of oak logs and a bow, so get a bow, preferably a low level one, and use the bow on the log.
Your character should then get on the ground and do a movement looking a little something like this:
[Once you make a fire, it will say that your inner consciousness tells you you've learned some, now go back and talk to Otto and ask him about fire-making again and he will say you know all you need to know when it comes to fire-making and mentions burning pyres, but more on that later...
Table:
(keep in mind, any bow will do but preffered an easy to obtain one.)
To burn:
Wood: Level 21 Woodcutting (40 xp)
Achey: Level 21 Woodcutting (40 xp)
Oak: Level 35 Woodcutting (60 xp)
Willow: Level 50 Woodcutting (90 xp)
Teak: Level 55 Woodcutting (105 xp)
Arctic pine: Level 62 Woodcutting (125 xp)
Maple: Level 65 Woodcutting (135 xp)
Mahogany: Level 70 Woodcutting (157.5 xp)
Yew: Level 80 Woodcutting (202.5 xp)
Magic: Level 95 Woodcutting (303.8 xp)

BARBARIAN FISHING!
Alright, ask Otto about fishing and he will mention catching with your hands. But you can also ask if there is a more civilized way and he will tell you to use the tough rod under his bed to catch the fish in the lake nearby.
Here is a table of these fish:
Leaping Trout: Level 48 fishing. Level 15 Strength & Agility. (50 fishing xp) (5 Strength & Agility xp)
Leaping Salmon: Level 58 fishing. Level 30 Strength & Agility. (70 fishing xp) (6 Strength & Agility xp)
Leaping Sturgeon: Level 70 fishing. Level 45 Strength & Agility. (80 fishing xp) (7 Strength & Agility xp)
Side note: you can use feathers, fishing bait, or stackable fish bits to fish the fish near Otto's place.
Now to catch with your bare hands, go to a normal harpooning spot like in Catherby or fishing guild and begin "Harpooning" after you talk to Otto about it. It should look a little something like this:
Here is a table:
Tuna Level 55 Fishing. Level 35 Strength. (80 fishing xp) & (8 Strength xp)
Swordfish Level 70 Fishing. Level 50 Strength. (100 fishing xp) & (10 Strength xp)
Shark Level 96 Fishing. Level 76 Strength. (110 fishing xp) & (11 Strength xp)
Also, if you use a knife on the fish you catch with the barbarian rod then you can cut them and get Roe, Caviar, and Fish Bits.
As you can see here, all have the possibility of making fish bits, which is stackable bait, decently useful. While the Trout and Salmon only give Roe, The Sturgeon can give Caviar, these are useful for Barbarian Herblore which I will get to now...

BARBARIAN HERBLORE!
You will need a potion with 2 doses, Roe or Caviar (which is mentioned in Barbaric Fishing) and decent Herblore level, talk to Otto about herblore, and he will tell you about enhancing them with Roe/Caviar, to do so, once you've talked to him use your Roe or Caviar on your two dose and now it will heal 3-6 health WHILE doing it's previous effect. It's useful actually.
As it says in the picture, specific potions demand a specific one out of the two (Caviar/Roe) so bring both just in case.

Attack mix. Level 4 Herbore. (8 xp)
Anti-Poison mix. Level 6 Herbore. (12 xp)

BARBARIAN SMITHING!
Warning: you need to finish Two Boi Wannai Trio quest before you can do this section.
Now, talk to Otto about smithing, he will tell you it requires a log and a bar, you must add the two at a barbaric anvil to make a Shasta (one handed spear), there is one outside of Otto's house.
As seen in the example, I used Oak logs with a Iron bar to make an Iron Shasta.
Side-note: It takes two logs, bars and a hammer to make 1 Shasta, Also, use this temporary table to figure out how to make your shasta:
2 Bronze Bars + 2 Normal Logs = Bronze Shasta. level 5 Smithing (25 xp)
2 Iron Bars + 2 Oak Logs = Iron Shasta. level 20 Smithing (50 xp)
2 Steel Bars + 2 Willow Logs = Steel Shasta. level 35 Smithing (75 xp)
2 Mith Bars + 2 Maple Logs = Mith Shasta. level 55 Smithing (100 xp)
2 Adamant Bars + 2 Yew Logs = Adamant Shasta. level 75 Smithing (125 xp)
2 Rune Bars + 2 Magic Bars = Rune Shasta. level 90 Smithing (150 xp)
Side note: You can poison shastas with both normal poison and even Karambwan poison.

THE ANCIENT CAVE!!!
It is only required you do the fishing and fire-making teachings of Otto to get in but it is very risky, once Otto mentions Pyres you can go in, but I do not know how hard I must stress this but...
DON'T GO IN THE CAVE WITHOUT A DRAGON ANTI-FIRE SHEILD!!!
You will be gobbled up like a shrimp, I repeat, don't go down the cave without a dragon anti-fire shield!
Now, once you have permission, click on the whirlpool when you're armed and jump in. Here is a picture but because things get darker when you jump in, it's hard to see:
When you get in, you will be in a small safe cave, click nearby to climb down but turn on Protect from Magic prayer before you do, when you enter, to the north there will be tons of waterfiends:
and to the west a ton of Brutal green dragons, be wary of these, as they hit decent, that's why you use Protect from Magic to partially protect yourself:
If you adventure around, you will see barbarian skeletons like this one:
Side note: Barbarian skeletons drop clue scrolls, but they are level twos. ( thanks Zxc )
You will also see Confused Barbarians which are believed to drop Mangled bones, but it is said the dragons drop chewed bones:
Then there's a section where barbarian spirits are, nothing a little Protect from Melee can't do against these barbarians:
When you find stairs on your mini-map and go up, up there are the main attraction... Mith dragons, these things spell doom, seriously, unless you have fought these a ton and know how they work and have the right gear, you won't live, I saw a 27 hit on someone with a dragon-fire shield (the good one) with barrows, so be careful, and God knows how much you get hit without anti-dragon breath:
Recommendations: Anti-dragon-fire shield, good armor, or prayer robes if you're going to pray, and anti-dragon-fire potions, and good food!
Side note: The dragons drop the full helmets too, but you can use chewed bones to get them from burning pyres too.
To escape, go down to the 1st floor, and go to the Water fiends near the entrance, you will see an Aged log, click to ride it and you will appear outside the waterfall:
Now, when fighting barbarians or dragons, if you got mangled/chewed bones:
you can get an Axe, wood, the bones, and a tinderbox/bow with armor/prayer ready and construct a Pyre boat and burn the remains:
You do not get assaulted if you use Chewed bones, but Mangled bones anger a spirit and you must fight it, either way once you're done killing the spirit, it will drop your reward... sometimes even... the Dragon Full Helmet.
Note:Mangled and chewed bones are untradable.
Also, When you burn the bones, depending on which bone, you will get a 300% boost for the next amount of normal bones you bury, use the table below to find out which log gives what xp and how many bones it lets you use the bonus, note: the boost doesn't happen forever, just by the amount of bones the pyre burning allows.
Wood: Level 11 Woodcutting and Crafting. (10 Crafting xp.) (40 Fire-making xp.) 1 bone boost.
Achey: Level 11 Woodcutting and Crafting. 10 Crafting xp.) (40 Fire-making xp.) 1 bone boost.
Oak: Level 25 Woodcutting and Crafting. (15 Crafting xp.) (60 Fire-making xp.) 2 bone boosts.
Willow: Level 40 Woodcutting and Crafting. (22.5 Crafting xp.) (90 Fire-making xp.) 2 bone boosts.
Teak: Level 45 Woodcutting and Crafting. (26.2 Crafting xp.) (105 Fire-making xp.) 3 bone boosts.
Arctic Pine: Level 52 Woodcutting and Crafting. (31.2 Crafting xp.) (125 Fire-making xp.) 3 bone boosts.
Maple: Level 55 Woodcutting and Crafting. (33.7 Crafting xp.) (135 Fire-making xp.) 3 bone boosts.
Mahogany: Level 60 Woodcutting and Crafting. (39.3 Crafting xp.) (157.5 Fire-making xp.) 4 bone boosts.
Yew: Level 70 Woodcutting and Crafting. (50.6 Crafting xp.) (202.5 Fire-making xp.) 4 bone boosts.
Magic: Level 85 Woodcutting and Crafting. (75.9 Crafting xp.) (303.8 Fire-making xp.) 5 bone boosts.
That is the end of my guide, I hope you found it useful! Enjoy!
EDIT: So far, as I see it, we have the first (Unofficial) guide on the place!
