Although I was pretty disappointed for being booted the last time because I missed an activity check (while having posted on my squad thread), I'm still a Zulu at heart!

Agreed. I never had any involvement with the RVA, but I did spend a lot of time following posts made in the RVA forums - one big problem I noticed was a general lack of unity, and the little communication between squad leaders was unpleasant for everyone because not only was there confusion in decision making but also some accusations of undermining when decisions were made without the inclusion of every squad leader.

I never really understood the point of squads. Maybe there was a point back in the day, but to be frank we'll be lucky if we can get a good-sized active crew of RVA members today, a group that doesn't forget or stop caring after a week or two. If the RVA grows and continues to be active, then maybe some members can specialize in certain areas and form squads that actually have a purpose. So, I'm not saying the RVA should never have squads, it should if in the future there is a useful purpose or need for squads, but right now it sounds like people are just 'calling' names for squads just because.

I don't think i'm in that user group. But you go to the runevillage army forum and apply for one of the squads. *cough* victors squad, etc.

lol victor squad seems to be the fat kid getting picked last at dodgeball squad

poor victor, I would have named my squad Ramirez Squad personally, it would do everything.
