Your idea of a better idea seems to be voting for someone for using caps.

My idea of a better idea is to vote for someone whose idea of a better idea seems to be voting for someone for using caps.

Make me understand where you're going if you like not having votes.

You Don't seem to be voting for folks that you're [claiming to be] interested in, Instead shifting your attention to other, less interesting targets. Keeps things low profile. It's a sound strategy.

I'll laugh if anyone tries to treat that as a scumtell, though.

What exactly is the point of even mentioning the second part, EXIMUS? You've quite literally now drawn attention to a fact that I, personally, have never thought to try and analyze. Why?

OH WAIT I FORGOT WE MUST POST AT LEAST PARTIALLY IN CAPS

I will go on the record as saying the vote/s for J1N have merit.

Mostly though I'm just sad that J1n voted for Huayra before becoming popular :(

[End note] I thought Archr had done it twice, I guess I confused you with a Different poster or something.

I CAN'T KEEP PEOPLES STRAIGHT WITH ALL THE DIFFERENT NAMES FLOATING AROUND

I'm having a similar trouble...

I was saying the arguments levied against J1N were at least somewhat strong. I had my eye set on another person, though.

When you said 'voting patterns' I thought huh, I've only voted for one person. BACKPEDALING?

At any rate, there is at least a small amount of confusion due to everyone 'masquerading'. But it could also be an easy way to cover a mistake that would not go unnoticed or unpunished otherwise.

THERE IS EVERY NEED FOR CAPS

YOU DIDN'T VOTE BECAUSE YOU WERE IN A RUSH?

YOU DID HAVE TIME FOR THAT TERRIBLE IDEA
I WILL GIVE YOU THAT
IT COULDNT HAVE TAKEN LONG

CARE TO GIVE A REASON FOR YOUR VOTE?
IF IT'S BECAUSE I'M "PUSHING SO HARD"
OR "FORCING" THINGS THAN MAYBE YOU SHOULD GIVE AN EXAMPLE OF THE SUBTLE YET STRONG ARTS OF MY PERSUASION

I MUST HAVE BEEN SO GOOD THAT I PULLED THE WOOL OVER MINE OWN EYES AND FORCED MYSELF TO VOTE FOR HIM

my vote is not so much for that post as much as it is for this one:
J1N wrote:
What is not actually that helpful, though, is spending most of day two discussing whether the second vote for a player is more or less scummy than the third. Voting for me for pointing out that completely valid fact is downright ludicrous.
from what i recall of mafia tactics, shaming someone by calling their well explained thought process "downright ludicrous" to get them to feel embarrassed and back off is a popular mafia method of discarding votes.

I think both Eximus and J1N are exhibiting scum tells, J1N moreso however with an obstructionist approach. Being dismissive of discussion raises alarm bells for me.

Side note: It's much easier to tell activity in this format because post count is solely contained within this game for our usernames.

That being said, GAMMERTHORN and ICE have yet to contribute anything meaningful. What say you?

This could be played off as day one joking around and at first doesn't seem like much but it could be that hes mafia did this and killed Fox the next day to make it seem like he wasn't. (I couldn't quite think of the words to explain this right so if it needs elaborated I will)

You know who likes days to end? Mafia jk anyway Ice could be doing the same thing I am. I have no justification.

I don't know what it is but I just feel like HUAYRA is mafia.
And I don't understand why everyone is ganging up on J1N

But I didn't really get enough time to compile evidence so I guess ill just get bombarded with accusations now. :awesome:

Would love to hear what you think scum tells are.

I wasn't dismissing of discussion. I was dismissing of wasting the bloody day discussing the difference between Vote #2 and Vote #3 on a person who could be any role in the game at that point, since there is zero information otherwise, so therefore who voted second or third means absolutely nothing AT THAT POINT. If they vote for someone and that person dies, THEN it is a discussion worth having.

Also, to be quite frank, my vote will stand as I cannot be bothered to have any form of discussion with someone who thinks it is amusing to type entirely in capitals when there is no reason for it. It should be used for EMPHASIS, so people can actually see what his/her point is clearly. My opinion is that they are doing it to throw off any suspicion of being a mafia in the early game, as I highly doubt someone would continue that until late-game.

Although to be fair with Huayra, I do agree with him somewhat on this.

The "Mafia jk anyway" part of this really irks me. As does the "lurking" aspect Huayra pointed out.

Then dismissing your entire post at the end expecting to be caught out on it... A villager should have nothing to worry about. Only a mafia should be concerned about being accused this early on.

Will wait for a response before changing my vote, but even typing this is giving me the impression that you are mafia.

With that task completed, the two walked through the narrow passageway. Butler matched Markets pace, stride for stride, for he knew that it would be his last step if he were to trigger one of the traps.
They emerged from behind a bust in the corner of the banquet hall.
"Who shall we collect today?" Market asked callously as he folded his arms. Those who hadn't seen his silent entrance jumped at the sound of his voice.
Despite a small crowd growing, it seemed the squabbles never materialized into anything greater.
He shook his head in disbelief. There would always be tomorrow.

...For some.

On his exit, Market noticed a body laying on the floor.
His boots echoed on the marble floor as he excitedly rushed over to inspect the guests work.
ICE.
What a disappointment. ICE had drank himself into an oblivion, in an attempt to escape his situation.
A firm backhand woke him as Market hauled him to his feet. "Once more, and my hounds won't go hungry."

Once again, Butler began to knock on each guests door.
But after the first knock on NONAGONS door, it slowly swung open.
From the doorway, he could see the body facedown in bed, his hands cuffed behind his back and a black handled knife protruding from his back. Butler gave Market a nod, and they began to get to work cleaning.

The rest of the guests woke on their own.

NONAGON Jailkeeper slain Night 2
Day 3!
GO!

So, in total, the day phase will last a total of 96 hours and will end on Feb 29th, 2014 at 8:21 pm (-7 mountain time-Alberta)

For further clarification, when i'm off work, I'll add a timer to the days start post and the OP.

why is nobody posting.

i am going to take liberty 2 look at nonygon's old posts now.
on day 2 he was suspicious of huayra because huayra jumped on gang up train trying to lynch me.
then he switch to being suspicious of archr because he didn't follow archr's logic because archr voted to lynch exy even though exy is according to nony a "less interesting target."
very interesting.

anything else i don't know but darn we lose our jailkeeper.
so now we are at a big disadvantage.

that my 2 cents.

i'm trying to think of who i think to be most suspicious right now.
i voted for mecha yesterday based on gut instinct and i still have bad feel on him, but it just gut and i not going off anything else.

i also agree with other people that jin seem to be makin stuff up and possibly being caught in own lies and trying to silence other people who are makin speculation.
hmmm.

every1 so quiet.
