We have, despite the records being deleted upon the server's removal of 99% of our mafia games, had one successful Mafia day one lynch, and numerous day one lynches in the Legend's Forum.
I'm shooting for two mafia kills here. :D

Also, pleased to see I haven't made a discrepancy yet. :ura:

Despite a fair amount of arguing and pointless jokes, the townfolk find themselves unable to single anyone out...until Topsummoner comes under fire for reasons not quite clear. However, the faction wishing for his death fails to amass enough support to get him lynched, and, as the sun sets, his neck is safe...for now.
Day 1 is over. No lynch has been reached. Night 1 has begun and will end on Wednesday at 9:00 AM EST.
Night roles, do your stuff.

[i]As the sun rose into the sky, the villagers gathered in the central square around the yet-to-be-used gallows. All but one, that is. Lander was missing, and the villagers instantly knew what to do. Checking his house, they found him dead, a knife wound in his back and covered in bruises. He had obviously been subdued by multiple attackers before being killed. However, his house was otherwise devoid of anything of note. Heading back to the square, the villagers prepared for another day of deliberation and debate around the hungry-looking gallows.[i]
Landerpurex, Villager, killed Night 1.
Day 2 ends Saturday morning at 9:00 AM...however, the sun may be a bit on the sleepy side, so the day may stretch on for an extra hour or two.

His behavior right now with Top matches how the two usually are when mafia buddies. Top doesn't want to roleclaim, so he's got a special role of some kind. Mafia? Possibly. Either way, if Tanks dies and is mafia, I'd bet the "Possibly" would turn into "assuredly".

Finger of Suspicion on Paidea and DragonCrusher1. More so for Paidea, who was potentially the most "helpful" person, i.e. asking the train to disband for the sake of not making a stupid day one lynch. If Paidea is mafia, I'd imagine Top would be a villager.
Why Dragon? Completely confusing, weirdly unrelated religious-looking post followed by wanting a defense.

Hm. I got no "A message has been posted, please redo yours" here. Internet Explorer fails.

J, look at my previous post. Paidea said he didn't want to restart 'cause he has a "cool role", and matches the overly-helpful-Mafia-on-Day-one behavior I see a few people attempting.

Also, the vote & train against Top made data. So now that data's been had, time to get come kinda confirmation. 8)

My first post was a direct quote from the Roguelike game "NetHack"; the introduction to the game if you happen to choose a Chaotic-aligned Wizard. (Just as an obligatory Day one jokepost.)

As far as wanting a defense from topsummoner, he had quite the train on him day one, and, like most times when someone has a lynch train on them, we usually allow them time to roleclaim/give a general defense before deciding whether or not the axe shall fall.

Kikori Kid. If he is mafia, I'm willing to bet Paidea is and vice-versa. Seems to me that he's trying to shift attention onto Tanks (who I don't feel there's a strong case for), while bussing Paidea at the same time.

If Paidea seems like the better target, don't vote for Tanks instead of him. Vote for Paidea.

Kikori kid, you're simply fabricating arguments. Halting the vote on Topsummoner can (and was) just as likely to be on the basis that the lynch was absolutely absurd and not that I'm attempting to appear as though I'm a helpful mafia.

bluecoat, you're on the right track, but it's more like kikori and Tanksandguns are mafia. The reason he's voting for Tanksandguns is because he seems to think that will "assuredly" make Topsummoner mafia if Tanksandguns flips mafia. The OMGUS also plays into the bussing each other idea.

Serious vote for that. I've always considered "Hey don't lynch me I have a role but I'm not telling you" sort of things to be scummy, and that quote is a very strong one of them, regardless of the basis of the train.

I honestly don't think Kik is mafia, it seems to be the typical get all the info out of the person so the game can be easier attitude he normally has. I'm just going to vote Scar, normally I'd think he'd contribute more with his analytical posts.
