Name changes and rules page + Gender icons

I like having an image for gender better than having text, but the old images were better.

They were somebody's actual username, but because somebody wanted to use that name for Christmas and the original account with said name was inactive, they added a one to the end of it.

For example; snow > snow1
TheAnimal > Snow
Snow > TheAnimal
snow1 > snow

On topic: Sweet, the names changes page will help people keep up when people change their names. And I like the gender icons more than the names.

Dunno if we have them/can find them. I honestly can't remember the old ones well enough to say I have a preference, but if we can find them then we can put that up to vote if the icons are preferred to the text.

I think I did pretty well with the new ones though... :unsure:

Well I found smaller versions so you can see the basic thing but it's not the actual size (enough to be usable that is.) I made them twice as large to be shown below.

Considering this page is mainly there for people who are wondering about the latest name changes that happened, I don't put this search function high on my priority list though. Besides, there's only 5 pages of name changes and they're sorted by date, so it can't be that hard to find a friend's name change.

I like the Male/Female better, I think the icons look out of place, and are almost too bright to see. If they were a darker shade, that might help.

Lol, we just switched from a darker icon to the original ones we have now. Which I must say I much prefer to the dark icons. :-k

The darker colors practically mashed together until you had to know what they were to actually see what they were.

These lighter ones are much better.

Great is it is, IMO that area is getting crowded, maybe it would be better putting them as images above the donate, store and donors page buttons?
