Hey everyone! Didn't ever envision myself saying the phrase "Remember me?", but I guess I have been gone for a while. Too long...

But there are times when real life is much more important, and I guess I'm in that stage. So... what have I been up to?

Well, I spent a ton of time with my friends over the summer. Probably the best summer of my life quite honestly. Made me sad to see it end... though for more reasons than one...

Now I'm back in Guelph for my second year of University. I switched my program of study from Science to Commerce, so in a way, it's a new experience for me all over again. I like the fact that there are no labs though. XD I have a house now with 3 friends, and it's crazy, but unfortunately, only one of my roommates is up with me at the time being. There's a lot more to a house than most people realize too.

I'm 19 now too (In Canada), so that has been fun, for obvious reasons.

I wish I had an excuse for why I haven't been around much. I guess I do in a sense, but the truth is, I just might be losing interest in RuneVillage. I haven't felt the same desire to come on here in recent months. Perhaps it's because RuneVillage is changing. Perhaps it's because I don't talk to my friends on here as much anymore (with the exception of a couple). Perhaps it's just me changing. There are a lot of things in my life, some good, some bad, some both, that are just making my life a whole lot more... um... complicated.

This post is more of an update on my situation than a declaration of a return or a permanent leave though. I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. Over the next week or so, I'll probably browse RuneVillage from more of a distance and see how I feel and take it from there. It would definitely be weird not coming back to this place anymore...

I'd also like to apologize to the SoTW, Website and Database Teams, and whatever else I should probably be doing right now. I know I let you guys down, and it wasn't fair for me to leave without an explanation. I'll try to make a decision either way as soon as possible. From the looks of things, the SoTW could use a break anyway, and hopefully the Database Team has still been working effectively... Thanks to all who stepped up in my absence, and especially SuperGlode as always, lol.

And I didn't get a chance to post on the threads at the time, but I definitely saw them. A big welcome back and congratulations to a bunch of them old folks that came back. I didn't get a chance to know most of you, but a lot of you are legends of your time, and it'll be nice to see you guys around. It's always a good sign for this site when the old members find their way back. We finally have admins again too.

Oh, and while I'm at it... YAY! 3 year anniversary! ^_^

Everyone grows and changes, but Im sure youll still find there is room for RV in your life at least in some capacity. Even if we just have the occasional post or two rather than super do-it-all WDIJ we used to have, we will be better off for it.
