i could swear there was a forum for rating pictures and stuff, maybe im jus tloosing it lol

Yup, there used to be a Rate Me forum but its activity died over time. Now you can post your image to be rated or just criticized in Graphic Discussion or General Pictures, depending on the image. People tend to not rate anymore but rather give constructive criticism/compliments.

You can also post stat ratings in the Goals and Achievements forums. From what I saw the Rate Me Forum was spammed constantly with one word posts and the like also.
