Level 1:
Bronze in color. It can restore 50% of your run energy once per day. +1 prayer and +1 magic attack bonuses when worn.
Level 2:
Silver in color. Has the same powers of the first one, but it can restore 50% of your run energy TWICE a day. In addition, it contains 30 charges of Low Alchemy per day and when crafting Air, Water, Earth, or Fire runes you may receive extras. the Low Alchemy charges DO give you the regular 31xp per cast.
Level 3:
Gold in color. Has the same powers of the second one, but with 3 shots of the run energy restore per day. Finally, it can teleport you to the Cabbage Patch south of the Falador Farming Patches.
Image
This teleport is very useful for farmers, for obvious reasons. It is also very useful to those fishing lobsters using Karamja on free worlds. It saves you the money of the boat ride, as well as a lot of walking. It is the only infinite teleport available on free worlds, as well as the only ring with bonuses.
The ring can not be taken to Entrana, likely as it would speed up Law Rune crafting to do so.

Wizards Tower
There are a few things you should do here:
1. Go down into the Basement and ask Sedridor to teleport you to the Rune Essence Mine. Requires completion of the Rune Mysteries Quest.
2. Go to the top floor.
3. Taunt the caged Demon.

Quote:
Lumbridge Church
1. Play the Organ
2. Talk to Father Aereck, ask to see the Gravestones that he can sell you. Requires completion of the Restless Ghost quest.
3. Ring the Bell.

Paws, this would be better written telling you what to do where, not set out in order of Difficulty.

I agree there. Seeing where you can do things is better than how you get to see the list in RuneScape. I often went to places more than twice just because the list showed them arranged by difficulty instead of location.

Yeah, that's the problem I was having.

For some of the larger sections, we want a list of equipment that you'd need to take with you.

So, how do you guys want to set this up?

Like RuneHQ or like Zybez? I think we should mimic Zybez, but order them in them by quickest way to complete, such as 11-19-21-23-17, etc. Such as what Sal's Realm did.

Comments? Concerns? Suggestions?

Ordering where to start would be best, start with the swamp tasks and move your way around.

Okay, better how? :P Besides making the maps better, their maps seem quite sloppy. Perhaps adding a clearer description and having that 'quickest route' we talked about?

Or were you thinking of something different?

I vote for a Zybez-esque style. It's very clear and easy to follow. I'm not quite sure how it could be made better, other than improving on the existing areas such as strategy, and perhaps a quick route drawn on the maps.

Yeah like Zybez but instead of Individual sections only have a guide to the fastest way to do it all at once.

I disagree. That way would mix all of the easy ones in with the hard ones, and a lot of people wouldn't be able to do the harder ones. Do a fastest route map for each difficulty. At each step, list the requirements, and if the person doesn't have those requirements, tell them to move to the next location.

In the next few days, I reckon I'll be able to write this guide myself. I'll start off by plotting the locations for ALL the tasks on a map, then I will write a small paragraph guiding the user through each task. Then, I'll number all the tasks B1 B2 B3... E1 E2 E3... M1 M2 M3. Then a table showing every task. Then, the walkthrough of the quickest route + what to take where. I have it all planned. Give me say a week, and I should have this sussed.

That sounds pretty good. You should connect the points of the same level to make it easier (B1 to B2, B2 to B3, etc.).

Remember to use <th> for the headers, Paws, <td> is for the cells. ;) That looks like a good layout, though. We'll see how Halley does and change it accordingly.

I'm not sure I completely understand what you mean, Halley, but it sounds alright. Are you going to have a section listing all the tasks, then a table explaining each one, then another section showing the quickest way?

I can't wait to see the finished result. ^_^

Sweep, that is a nice effect, but slightly useless, if you mean for the tables. It would only save space, which really isn't an issue, we want the users to be able to see all the difficulties in clear view.
