Notepad2 from my side. It's a program that's almost the same as Notepad, but with some simple added features such as color highlighting (html tags are coloured differently than attributes, text, etc.)
So no, no Dreamweaver or Frontpage

RV2.0 is being made solely in Notepad2 code-wise.
I don't know about the graphical programs that are going to be used by the other team members, but I mainly use GIMP.

As for the technology used on the server, as you can clearly see: mainly PHP.

Oh, and for those wanting to know what's being done right now for RV2.0: we're redesigning the template (again), and if you're logged in on the forum, you'll also be logged in on the site.
