[Correction] Long topic titles will be shown incomplete eve

Noticed this when I read the global that Glode posted.

When you create a new topic, you have to typea topic title as a subject. The space you have to write that in has a limit, but the title of the subject does not show the end of the title, even though there is a limit.
So maybe the limit should be reduced.

Example: The title of this topic is "[Correction] Long topic titles will be shown incomplete even if", but you will see it incomplete.

It's difficult to explain this so I hope it's understandable...

you could just make it so that if the topic title exceeds so many characters just have it remove the characters that go over the limit and replace them with '...' or something along those lines..

i guess you could do that...but thats just way too easy..
