But...but...but...

...the humans can make stuff fly with their hands!

:D

Look, there's no way you can convince me Star Wars is in any way realistic. The presence of humans doesn't count. But I'm as biased against Star Wars as Tahu is against anything non-Nintendo. I don't like Star Wars, you do. And I don't think anything is really going to change our opinions. So I was hoping to just leave quietly after making my my opinion known. That is the point of these topics, isn't it? Because if I didn't leave then I'd get into a never-ending argument with die-hard Star Wars fans, of which there are obviously more of than there are of me. So...that's all. I hope.

Star Wars was always heavily dependent on the special effects, and that has become even more pronounced in the prequels. So I guess making it animated is a smart move; you save a lot of money. Drawing an epic explosion is much cheaper than using CGI for it.

They make one animated movie to show people that it's a proper continuation of the series and drum up interest, then go even cheaper with a TV series. And who said Lucas was trying to cash in on his past successes?

I find it funny that the only Indiana Jones movie that Lucas had a major part in creating was the one that featured aliens.

That's because aliens turn George Lucas on.

I actually enjoyed the movie (though that's just because I'm a fan of Star Wars)

Saw it, first half was entertaining in all its kiddy animated glory, some of it was kinda cool actually. Second half I kind of felt like leaving.
