So... im a big warhammer fan, ea mythic have now agreed to make a game. coming this fall, so i would like to suggest a poll, like 2 days after it came out, if you would like that game to have a forum. This message is open for oppinions, however i would like a response from hiker.

He was saying that he would like to create a public forum for Warhammer Online like how we have public forums for World of Warcraft and Guild Wars.

I think we'll have to see how many people are interested in a public forum for this particular game.

If I understand correctly, you want a usergroup for the game "Warhammer"?

Unfortunately, no new usergroups are being made at this time, and even in the past when they were, you needed a lot of support and players of that game to get your own forum for it.

You are free to start a discussion about the game in the Other Games forum though.

I think he means once it comes out. Warhammer looks to be a great upcoming MMO, and chances are there will be a lot of players straight off of release. Then again, I'd be against having the usergroup here, especially since there will be many fansites dedicated exclusively to WAR.

If the game proves popular enough within RV, perhaps it's possible.

Once the game is more popular and more people play it, it's possible, but RV isn't a huge site, it wouldn't work right away.

Wasn't it that all you needed were 20 signatures saying that there'd be members plus the "ok" from someone of the administrative staff (generally I think Henner and Punk took care of this stuff).

Meh, I don't know but I do know hardly any new usergroups have been made recently.

I have to agree with Elanthiel on this one, WoW and GW were private usergroups, For some reason they were made public.

OK, firstly, please don't swear. Just because there is a filter in place, does not mean you're allowed to.

Anyway, The forums were made visible for the sheer fact of the amount of interest in the games here at the village. So it was decided to make them public.
