Start Point: The Keldagrim Mines east of Rellekka and north of the Mountain Camp
Requirements:
Level 30 Defence
Level 40 Mining (higher Mining being an advantage)
Level 50 Smithing
Be able to defeat at least a Level 125 Enemy.
Items Required: Pickaxe, Hammer, 4 Gold Bars, some Gold Pieces (around 2,000), Cannonball Mould.
Items Recommended: Around 20 Law Runes and 50 Air Runes for Camelot Teleport, A lyre for one direction of the teleporting, or money for the mine cart rides to keldagrim, ice mountain, and white wolf mountain.
NPCs: Dondakan, Librarian, Dwarven Engineer, Rolad, Khorvak, and Arzinian.
Monsters: Arzinian (Level 125)

1.From Rellekka head northeast until you find the Mountain Village. Head slightly north until you see an Entrance to a Cave.

2.Once inside go directly opposite and through another Entrance. Do not go by the Trolls. Once inside, talk to the Ferryman and pay him 2 Gold Pieces to cross the River. Follow the path around, over the Bridge and then back over the Bridge until you hear a Cannon firing. Speak to Dondakan.



3.Ask him what he is doing. He will tell you that he is trying to get through the Wall but that everyone else gave up and nothing he tries can break through. Once you are finished talking to him you need to go south and take the Ferry back over the River and talk to the three Dwarves. Then talk to the Boatsman to get to Keldagrim. The Librarian lives in a rectangular house on the western side of Keldagrim (look a bit left from the top center on map above).



4.The Librarian tells you you need to talk to the Dwarven Engineer in "Wemund's Wrech Warehouse" which is located south of where you are, in the center of the Palace.



5.After talking to him twice, he'll tell you to talk to Rolad. Head to the Dwarven Mines which are north of Falador at the Ice Mountain. Rolad can be found in the eastern of the two Buildings there.



6.Talk to him, he explains that he had a Book with information about the Rock you need to get through but that he lost three Pages when he was down in the Dwarven Mines. Go down the Trapdoor outside the Building and head south.

Page 1: Search the Mine Carts.



Page 2: Kill some Scorpions.



Page 3: Mine different Rocks, this is different for each Member.



7.Once you have the three Pages, they'll turn into an item called Pages.



8.Go back Upstairs and talk to Rolad. He will give you a completed Book. Ask if you can borrow it and say you will return it... don't lie. Read the Book, it will explain that a Demon is bound inside the Rock by Gold. While you're here it is a good idea to buy a Cannonball Mould from Nulodion (located in the other house) if you don't already have one.



9.Now Return to Dondakan and tell him what you found in the Book. He explains he has been using Adamantite and even Rune Cannonballs, as well as his Granite Boots. Now you must go to a Furnace, Falador is easiest, have the Mould in your Inventory and a Gold Bar. Then make one Golden Cannonball. Now you are ready to return to Dondakan.



10.Use the Cannonball with Dondakan. Agree to use your Cannonball in the Cannon and to shoot the Wall. Amazingly the Cannonball will pass right through the Wall. Dondakan will have a great idea about shooting a Person through the Wall, a Person wearing a Golden Helmet. Guess who the Person is? Lucky you! Dondakan explains he needs to modify his Cannon, and that you will need to manufacture a Golden Helmet. To modify the Cannon you will need the Schematic Diagram. Dondakan gives you the first Piece, the other three Pieces are scattered around RuneScape.

Piece 1: Read the Book you got about the Rock, flip to the back of it. You will get a part of the Schematic.

Piece 2: Now go east then south and cross the River again. Go to Keldagrim again and speak to the Dwarven Engineer, he will give you a Piece.

Piece 3: Teleport to Falador or Camelot and head to White Wolf Mountain. Go underneath. While underneath go to the little Room with all the Dwarves in it. Talk to Khorvak in there and he will ask you to get him a Dwarven Stout. One re-spawns on the Table nearby, pick it up then use it on him. Khorvak will give you the third Piece of the Schematic.

11.Take three Gold Bars and go to an Anvil. Use one of the Bars on the Anvil and select the Golden Helmet option.



12.Now you should go to the Bank and deposit anything that's really valuable. Take some Armour and a Weapon and some Gold Pieces (a few hundred should do) and your Pickaxe. Make sure you have the Schematic Diagram Pieces and the Golden Helmet, some Food and maybe a Prayer Potion. Head back to Dondakan.

13.Now you must assemble the Schematic. My advice is that you remove all of the ticks by the boxes and start fresh. Check both options for Piece 1, then align the Man's Torso. Uncheck the Options and check the ones for Piece 2. Align the Diamond. Uncheck the Options for Piece 2 and check the ones for Piece 3. Align the Man's Legs. The finished Schematic Diagram should look like this.



14.Talk to Dondakan and he will modify the Cannon. Say that you are as ready as you will ever be and sit back and enjoy the Cinematics. Finally you will be fired through the Wall and will be told you have eight minutes to get back out! NOTE: At any time remove your Helmet to be Teleported back to the Cannon. Now, Mine six Gold Ore that can be found anywhere in the initial Cave. Each time you mine some Gold a message will appear discouraging you from continuing.



15.When you have the six, move through the Cave until you reach the Blue Fire Wall. Go through this, you will get hit for a low amount of damage. Then move to the center of the Cavern and talk to the Flames.

16.The Level 125 Arzinian will appear and start attacking you with your worst combat stat.



17.Put on a protection prayer, and attack the Avatar. Once you kill him your Golden Helmet will go into your Inventory, and you will be Teleported back to the Cannon. Talk to Dondakan.



Reward: 5,000 Mining, Smithing and Defense Experience, 1 Rune Pickaxe, 2 Quest Points, your Golden Helmet and you can now also mine the Gold in the Wall any time you like. There is a Ferryman just east of Dondakan who will take the Gold to your Bank for you, he charges 1 Gold Ore per trip.
