As many people were probably aware, I was unable to keep track of everything that needed to be done in the Staff areas. This explains the lack of updates we've been having lately. Gamestar and TheAmericanIdiot were both set as leaders for the two Guide Team forums (editors' and coders' areas), but were unable to moderate it seeing they aren't Forum Moderators. As you can expect, this only added more work for me.

So therefore we've come up with a great solution: the Staff Moderator! Staff Moderators are able to moderate most Staff-related forums, including Hiker's Campfire and Website Submissions & Corrections. These people do not get uploading powers though, so it's of almost no use to PM these people with any such suggestions (Website Submissions & Corrections is still the best place to post these).

With this new rank we have have also extended the Staff section just like the Forum and Chat has been laid out. I'm sure this will result into a much more efficient way of working Oh, and for those wondering where the Clan Chat Moderator rank went in the legend: it hasn't been given up, but we just felt that it is unnecessary to show them in the legend.

So, congratulations Gamestar and TheAmericanIdiot on your new rank!

They can see 6 or so extra forums than they were able to before. So yes, they can discuss along with the other moderators. They are allowed to, but not expected to do this.
