I'll look into it in the next couple of weeks then you should have something through from me. :)

I would love to set up a donation, but as of now I'm in a money crunch. I need all the money I can get for my trip May 11th. That and my mom "lost" my debit card. haha. So we'll see in the future maybe I can get things cleared up and set up a donation.

I don't know if I say this enough, but I appreciate what you do Hiker and even though I know how uncomfortable you are with these kind of posts I think they need to be made. I know the money has to come from somewhere when we're short and I know you used to do that so I'm going to assume you still do, so for that I truly appreciate you Hiker.

Now, I do not currently have a job, or else I'd buget some cash for you.

God Fuzzy Bunny dammit. Tired of seeing these. Just message me with cost per a month ok?

Hiker doesn't like to make these sort of topics, he makes them because this site can't be expected to survive out of Hiker's own pocket. Hiker needs donations to keep this site which we all enjoy going, which is why he periodically needs to make these kind of topics when the funds are running low. Watch the attitude... ~Tweedy

Peter... we actually have a few ads running on the main site and here on ThePub-- however our income from even these ads has dropped by over 2/3 during the past several months, so i'm not sure that running *more* ads would be effective...

Josh.. thanks for the nice words.. :)

Zaper... yes, i hate doing this also, but it seems to be a necessary evil-- the Villagers are very supportive usually when i make an announcement like this.. but it usually drops off after a month or so, so it seems like about every six months or so i'm back out here... it's sort of a cycle-- when i make an announcement we get enough cash to go 2-3 months-- and then donations start to drop again, and so here i am again... this is one reason i try to encourage subscriptions, so that we could have some planned income.... but i guess subscriptions are just hard for a lot of ppl....

123King... yep, i realize you are a subscription doner, so obviously this 'beg' is not aimed at you! Thanks!

mogo ... as one of our top contributors lasting over the past 3-4 yrs, i certainly can't pick on you for being broke on this go-around! Thanks!

everyone... as you can tell from the comments, we have a lot of ppl who just can't, for one reason or another, donate.. that's why it's important for those who *can* to help out...

thanks to all!

All right, I've set up a $10/month subscription. It might not be enough to keep the server up and running, on my own, but it'll add up, I'm sure.

I don't have too much money at the moment, being a University student and all, but I now have a credit card and I'll soon have a summer job, so I'll see if I can help out in a couple one-time payments. Unfortunately, subscription payments are still beyond my ability at this point in my life.

Isn't it technically Hiker's Development? Rune Village is just one thing to offer. If I recall, Hiker does other side work too. I don't know too much about Hiker though so don't hold me to it.
