Well I was pretty much gone for about two weeks since I just moved into a new house, but I'm now just about fully moved in, and my house has an internet connection at last. We still have to run ethernet cables throughout our house and set up our network fully, and until then my PC won't be connected to the internet (I'm typing this from my mom's computer), but that will be done this weekend, so basically... I'm back!

My new DSL connection is much better than my old 512k/128k cable connection (though the ping averages to about 10ms higher):


Not amazing, but definitely good enough for me.

Yes.

The ethernet cables are through my house but the guy still has to come in and put the male ends on two of the cables. He's supposed to come tonight but he said over the phone that he might not be able to make it, so I still don't have internet on my PC yet. And that also means that my Xbox doesn't have access to Live, either.
