Well, I noticed how dated a lot of our guides are still, so I figured I'd tackle a couple of them over spring break.

Needed:
The guide needs an updated map. I tried to make one until I realized you can't get the entire map on your screen if you can't access Elvarg's room. Because of this, I need someone who can grab a screenshot of what I'm missing. Just position your minimap so it faces directly north, and most/all of the lines are clean.

Edit: Finished the map. :)

Requirements: Reached a certain part in the Dragon Slayer quest in order to access the upper half of the dungeon.

Recommended: Food, Weapons/Armor, emergency teleport runes, ability to survive npcs up to level 83.

- The Crandor/Karamja Dungeon Guide -

This dungeon links Karamja with Crandor, and as such you may enter it from either island. After completing the Dragon Slayer quest, a secret passage linking the upper and lower parts of the dungeon becomes available to you, so you may reach Crandor through Karamja. This is arguably one of the most dangerous dungeons available to the free-to-play gamers. As such, only mid-level players and higher should attempt the exploration of this dungeon.

ImageImage

To enter the dungeon, use the rope entrance that can be found on the side of the volcano located on Karamja. There are many ways to access Karamja, be it by teleport or by boat.
Image

The moment you climb down, you will find yourself near four Gold outcrops surrounded by level 25 Skeletons. On the free-to-play servers, these Gold outcrops are very often mined due to the fact that this is one of the only Gold Ore supplying area in the free-to-play version. However, on the members servers these outcrops are rarely mined due to the lack of a near by bank. Still, should a member care to mine here, the closest bank can be found in TzHaar. The entrance to TzHaar is found right near these rocks as well.
Image

Moving North-West, you'll come to a few Deadly Red Spiders (Level 34), as well as a Red Spider Egg respawn. Red Spider Eggs can be used in various Herblore potions.
Image

From here, there are two paths - One going North, and one going South. To the South is a peninsula that accommodates level 82 Lesser Demons. These are some of the highest leveled creatures accessible to the free-to-play game, which makes this area a popular training spot. You'll also find various Fire Rune respawns around this area.
Image

Heading North, you'll find yourself at a brick wall. Upon the completion of the Dragon Slayer quest, this wall is able to be opened in order to access the Crandor side of the dungeon from Karamja. Past this secret passage, you'll find more Lesser Demons.
Image

As you walk further, you'll find yourself surrounded by level 45 Skeletons, and near a large room blocked by a wall of stalactites. Inside this room is Elvarg - The Dragon that you must slay in the Dragon Slayer quest.
Image

As you come to the end of the dungeon (or beginning, if you've entered from Crandor), you'll find a rope surrounded by level 25 Skeletons. This leads up to Crandor Isle.
Image

And that's the entire dungeon! Enjoy the many benefits it has to offer, and become a strong enough warrior to slay anything you may cross within it!

Good job!The pictures and maps look fantastic! Maybe the legend for the map could be improved (are the dots monsters or items?).

The map I was working on doesn't have a legend yet, lol. Those are all of the normal dots that came with the screenshots of the map that I have yet to edit out. I'm waiting for the rest of the Elvarg's chamber before cleaning it up and adding the legend.

I don't know how long that could take though.. I may just train a new account to do Dragon Slayer myself. :-s Our Dragon Slayer quest guide is outdated too, so that could be a good idea actually. :-k

A very good idea, it's probably one of the most visited guides, so it needs to look good.

These two guide you've just done certainly spruce the place up a bit.

I actually also made a new account just to redo the quests and submit info and guides, but didn't have the time to train it for a higher level.
I would be very happy if you could also check and get info + screenies about quest-only NPC's and items for that quest :). Could you do me that favor plz? That would save us a lot of time.

I've started an account by the name of "R V Quester," so I'll be able to redo some guide I can't on my other account(s).

Already working on a Tutorial Island Guide rewrite, lol.

I know that the Dragon's head is correct, I updated that not long ago.
