I dunno about you, but no one's complained about the month yet, so I don't see why the Mods are taking out their shields, pretty much recreating:
[insert]lame video[/insert]
This topic was to ask if this was another "themed month". Not to complain. :-s
Besides, I thought it was tradition for me to make a themed month thread. 8-[

Bartoron called this themed month by names, which is complaining, which is why there was several comments about people complaining, noone was implying that you were complaining.

Why is there even a topic on this?

Perhaps you need to re-assess your life if a Runevillage themed month annoys you.

To be fair, I think we were all expecting a topic within the first few days, if only for clarification as to why the themed month was seemingly focused around fish and sheep. :P

lol This is Really Creative and I do not think a themed month should be announced.

Maybe an all 1337 $934K month?

The idea of messing with how to speak is just too annoying in action, remember what happened with pink month? Exactly, it's just going to happen with CAPS months and leetspeak months.

Runevillage the forum is pretty well much done. Runevillage the group will eventually die, but as long as we're still friends with each other in the end, it's still a pretty big thought in our heads. Runevillage the family is forever, no matter where we settle down. If absolutely nothing else ever comes of Runevillage in the future, that alone is a pretty damn awesome thought.

Hmmm, how about....
Rap month? all posts must be in some form of rapping!

yo, yo.
Better watch out, when i hit up runevillage,
I bust through annd I **** and pillage.
Don't care if the majority are guys,
just gotta invision women and close yo eyes.
Me & Hiker, workin' out
We showing ya'll what being a thug is all about
Driving through the hood with tainted windows,
Having the bass bumpin, the cars jumpin, gettin attention from all 'dem hoes,
All the women expecting a good time but they dont know what Alex Louis shows.
Driveby shooting, loitering and looting, you may call it crime, I call it Saturday afternoon,
You try to stop me and you'll be seeing them gates of heaven too soon,
I may not be as bright as the sun, but I'm as dark as the moon,
Who needs intelligence when everyones afraid of you when you step into the room.
I'm a glacier, you're the Titanic,
Even more so because I'll be dumpin your body somewhere in the Atlantic,
Hell yah i'm crazy, insane or maybe a little Satanic,
I'll just keep poppin them pills faster then another school shooting panic.

Hmmm, my boredom has gone to another level.

There are more subtle ways to get me out ;)

But really, months where the theme is something with the text (color, coded, "speak like a ..."), won't work out at all. We'll only get people complaining about it, and - just like with pink month - we will cause extreme diversion in the village. Not the kind of spirit we want to have here.

I stay because some people I met here were funloving and friendly. Not everyone was, but some people found the courage to fight, to keep being kind and respectful even when people were being mean and disrespectful to them. We can't lose that courage.

Themed months are an awesome idea, don't throw them away because some people want to put them down. Whenever someone says something bad about the month or about you don't say anything back to them. Show them your kindness, show them how fun theme months can be and give them the chance to turn around.

I was going to post the same thing, in the end I just linked Garthmas to it in the chat. Great minds think alike.
