I think he is talking about the fact that it said "The red, south-western portal shield has dropped!" in the chatbox, but at the portal icons in the right corner of the game window it says that the shield is still activated. I could be wrong though.

Not sure what the bug is but its something to do with the portal as he saved it as "Pestcontrolportalbug"

Not sure how much of a "bug" it is, but I have never seen a raccoon in the bar before, let alone the village. It's still there for those who want to see it (world 111)
