Yeah, and we're supposed to act like none of the canon exists anyway, much less pursue someone from it. And taking over Akatsuki, that really changes the story. Also, those ages are a little unrealistic, try to deviate just a little from Itachi's skill level. Just giving you a heads up.

Uh..I'll just cover everything in one fell swoop. After he fixes his character, PLEASE delete this. First of all, I'd like to point out mangekyou sharingan. Itachi was the second Uchiha to achieve this, and said sasuke would be the third. This said, it's not an easy feat, and not every run of the mill Uchiha gets it. I'm assuming that madara Uchiha was the first to receive the mangekyou sharingan, so forgive me for a second here. Also, your biography seems to be a bit...out of order. Tell it like a story, in chronological order as "He's an S-rank criminal..but OH he graduated at the top of his class!"

I'd suggest deviating from an Uchiha all together. They seem to cause a bit too much difficulty.

Please just start from scratch. Don't be from any major clans, and don't mention anyone from the series (except extremely prominent people, such as the Third Hokage, and then only in a cameo role).

Though in contrast to Kami, I think my reasons are fairly acceptable, and I took the spot for the third Mangekyou user, too.

Oh and Tahu, you can land a sneak attack on an Uchiha, but you cant with 360-degree vision Hyuuga Plus they have heavenly spin.

Yeah, but the Mangekyou Sharingan is still god-moddy... One look, and they're unconscious. However, my character has a defense against it.

...I'm not going to even bother anymore. If people constantly come to try and ruin my RP I won't even bother to keep it alive. And since I don't do much more than RPing lately in RV, I guess this leaves little reason for me to stay. The only place you'll randomly see me now will be the last RP I still have a char in.
