Extra information: You must have completed the Lunar Diplomacy Quest to access the alter. You must also be wearing a Seal of Passage (can be obtained from Brundt in Relleka) to access the bank, or you will be sent back to Relleka (not fun). There are no ruins that need to be entered, so there is no talisman. Simply walk up to the alter and click on it. There are level 111 Suqahs that patrol the area west of the alter, so wear armor if you're defense level is low.
