I suspect I will be getting it for Christmas.

Last year I made a friend who competes locally and does really well. Although I do not compete and do not want to, I have learned how to breed competition caliber pokemon and it is really fun. And relatively easy if you know what you're doing.

Right? I'm merely just a hobbyist when it comes to competing, but my buddy who was ranked #1 in Canada in BattleSpot at one point is serious. We breed for each other and that's really what got me into it. Breeding is now my favourite part of the games.

So which bred pokemon are you most proud of? I have a tyranitar and lucario each with 5 EVs, those are my favorite pokemon.

BUT I have a Charizard with egg moves and 6 EVs. He kicks major, major ass. Too bad he's not a popular competition pokemon.

Once you start breeding seriously the game itself is almost too easy (it's easy anyways but meh).

You should give me your FC and we can trade it up! I think I added you at one point via the PSN/gamertag/FC thread but you've never been online when I was playing seriously.

I have bred a plethora of 5IV, but the best ones I have bred are a 6IV Growlithe with egg moves and 6IV Pupitar with egg moves. The one I worked the hardest on was a Knock Off, Aqua Ring, Rapid Spin, Mirror Coat Tentacruel.

I want your pupitar. Also, that's a wicked sweet tentacruel, too bad his base stats are garbage.

At this point I have pokemon with 4-5 IVs from every egg group and I have a dozen dittos from friend safari. Seriously though, would you trade that pupitar? Tyranitar has always been my favorite pokemon.

I have a 5iv tyranitar with adamant nature already, I just wanted the novelty of a perfect one. If you get another I'd trade almost anything for it.
