Eh... the RV clan chat is also available if you wanna chat.
That's what I do on boring days. I just leave RS in the lobby and leave it open as a chat. It requires zero hosting on our part and ... everyone has a rs account... sooooo

That's what I'd say to do. The RV chat on the forum is kinda dead, I'm sad to say. It has the self perpetuating problem of "I see nobody on, so I won't go in" That "who's chatting" thing did more damage than anything.
