On topic to RS, i've done more dungeoneering and runespan since i was still in f2p. Outside of the game this summer, i had no classes and no work, and ended up watching a lot of movies and tv shows online and playing videogames. Also spent a lot of time with friends and am wondering how this summer seemed to pass by so quickly. Anyone else feel the same?

Just got back from the World Swimming Championships in Barcelona, was a lot of fun

Sounds great. I can't swim but tried to, so i would imagine it to be very difficult to watch people swim competitively.

Swimming is not much of a spectator sport for those outside the sport tbh. I absolutely love it, but I've been competitively swimming for close to 20 years now.

Because I'm close to my 22nd I'd rather talk about how my life has been as a 21 year old.

I started off with going clubbing a lot for freshers despite being a second year. I went to two lots of freshers, Leeds and Manchester. I had a ridiculously amazing time in Leeds. I went to visit a friend but he was with his then girlfriend so he didn't come out much because of a lack of money and the fact she wouldn't let him. I then came home and did Manchester freshers in the club I normally go to.

I then got really ill for a good few 3 weeks after freshers, I got tonsillitus and a throat infection at the same time. I was hallucinating, sweating constantly and ended up losing 14lbs.
Shortly after that I quit my job at a bar at Manchester airport so that I could focus more on my second year on of uni.

At this point I stopped seeing a girl who I was essentially seeing/sleeping with for 2 and a half years which was extremely hard to deal with. As a result I started getting invited out by some new friends to try and get my mind off it.

Then came halloween where I had a lot of fun going out and drinking (as normal) but this time dressed up as J3T from Hollywood Undead. I ended up getting a girlfriend who I met on one of my nights out.
The relationship was going well but it was mostly based around sex. After about 2 and a half months, she cheated on me and I ended up getting a bit of depression.
I then never went in for my second year of uni because I was always hungover from nights out. I ended up pissing groups off at uni because a lot of my work was group work so I wasn't pulling my weight.

I then started sleeping around quite a bit and being a bit man whorish. I came close to 2 different relationships but then they fell through because I was an ass after sleeping with one of them which I completely regret. And then we 'moved too fast' with the other.

It was a mystery how I managed to pass my second year, then again I just passed it by a whisker.

Then came Summer, and right at the beginning I practically blew up my car (Head gasket went) about 2 weeks after my clutch cable snapped.
That meant that for 2 months in Summer I had no car.
I went for a lads holiday in Kavos which was amazing. I plan on going back to work there next year.
Since coming back, I've been chilling out, drinking and driving around in my new car. And in the last 2 weeks I've practically got a girlfriend.

There's probably loads that I missed, but that's the majority of it.

Indeed I did, Still got 25 days left of being 21, in that time I'll definitely have a girlfriend and I'm sure adventurous things will happen..

June: 2-week vacation to England, Scotland, Wales
July: 6-day trip to San Antonio, TX
July: 2-day trip to where I'm going to college in two weeks
July: 5-day trip to San Diego, CA
August: 5-day trip to Colorado Springs, CO

Well. I've spent my summer on House Arrest at a halfway house. I work 7 days a week landscaping to pay for the $8.50/day fee for my ankle monitor and $135/week for rent....plus the cost of drug tests. Everyday consists of work, recovery management group, NA meeting, wash, rinse, repeat. I am 277 days clean and sober today, and not using is an everyday battle. I just had a very close friend OD and I'm sad, angry, lonely, worried, and at this point just plain "WTF".

Well I got back from NC about 1 in the morning today. During that trip my brother pitch poled a boat and cost my mom about 300 bucks in expenses on the ensuing shenanigans. That was pretty much all that happened.

I start school tomorrow. :c

It was the one my sister just graduated from and she had to go back to clear the room also. It was a good experience as it was different from my city. A lot hotter, and some bike paths and traffic lights for bikes that i wasn't used to.
