Well, I was going to ask Market, but this answered my question. Market's power doesn't reveal alignment, only what they do. Assuming that he is telling the truth.

You could be telling a lie about your N1. This information has already known, so you think you can use it to 'verify' you. But why didn't blue see you?

N2, we will need to hear from top to decide if this is true.

N3, jackstick? coincidentally, he is the least likely player to deny your claim.

I think so many Watcher/Tracker roles were put in because they are like rubbish detectives, and you need to have a couple to get an idea of what people might have roles, but not there alignment.

I think he is only able to see one person that visited him that night, and i don't know if its chosen by real-life times on PM to Paidea, but i PMed him really late, because for an entire day i didnt know it was Night 1, i just thought everyone was being really quiet (i didn't check the topic to make sure until the moment before PM).

Okay, so it seems we have a variety of mafia with no actual detectives/doctors involved. My guess on roles:

Janitor (mafia) - unknown
power role, possible mafia tracker? (mafia) - Market
2 Tracking roles (town tracker/ town watcher) - Bluecoat, Godders
bodyguard (town) - Sighence

@Godders: If you were both telling the truth, what's to stop the mafia killing one of you, to intensify suspicion on the other?

As it happens I think one of you is lying, as Bluecoat turned up town, I can only logically assume that Market is mafia.

I think Market is innocent. If he were Mafia, then shouldn't bluecoat's report have indicated that Market went to PenguinGuy's house during Night 1?

Market went to bluecoat's house N1, and bluecoat wasn't killed. This report was confirmed by bluecoat before Market even roleclaimed.

I can also confirm Market's N2 report that I indeed stayed at home and didn't go anywhere.

So those two reports are fairly clear.

Market's N3 report indicates that Godders left his home, and Godders claims that he left his home so that he could track me.



I'm a little bit suspicious of Godders' claim. First, why even track me N3 after Market's N2 report and bluecoat's death? Market's claim is believable, but yours makes me suspicious because you could just be feeding us bullshit knowing that it can't really be questioned because of Market's N2 report. I can't deny your N3 report, because I did indeed stay at home once again, but you knew that I couldn't deny such a report, so perhaps this is all part of your sick twisted Mafia plan. If you're a tracker, then you're digging for treasure in a spot that's already been checked. You're either crazy, or a liar.

I wasn't backpedaling, i said a statement which i thought was a possibility, but then while posting i realised the actual reason. If i was backpedaling i would have made a statement, someone make an accusation to prove it false, and then i change my story.

I don't know why Bluecoat didn't see me, i guess it's just hosts choice, but i don't think he cares what i'm doing, he's just following you, which i was also doing, but in his mind i was just a civilian walking down a street, and we both tracked you to a place outside Bluecoat's house.

So Market's claims so far have been backed up by a confirmed town (who didn't die when visited by Market), whilst Godders has basically claims things which anyone could claim. Heck, I could say that I watched the exact same people and be just as plausable.

But Godders left his house last night, we don't know where. Monk was killed by someone.

I think you'll find we can apparently, because how would Market be able to guess that i left my house, without knowing i had a role and i already said i went to Top's who i saw Jackstick's who confirmed he did nothing, which bothered me.

What i can do to prove myself a tracker, is to Track Market Man to wherever he Watches tonight.
Then tomorrow i say he went to watch 'X'.
Market Man can confirm. (Because if he's town he would obviously confirm me if i was telling the truth).

MARKET MAN IS CLAIMED WATCHER.

BLUECOAT, WHO IS DEAD, LITERALLY WAS THE WATCHER.

THEREFORE MARKET IS LYING.

I don't understand what is so hard about that. Paidea promised a vanilla game, and he's probably one of the most well versed players in mafia theory around here. He wouldn't include two watchers in this game, plain and simple. Not to mention how Market has been describing his role works is not how the role works.

All signs point to mafia, in fact, it's practically confirmed but for some reason nobody but me can see that.

Been preoccupied with the last few days of my uni course for the year, lots of work due on monday which I'm almost done with so not had time to properly get to grips with this game.

I almost fully agree with you... apart from the fact that we COULD have two watchers, two trackers. Adding more makes each of their investigations a bit more open to being wrong, so Paidea could have done that.

Market is frankly describing a tracker role though. That much is clear now. Bluecoat flipping watcher means that we were wrong yesterday and lynched the wrong person.

Hopefully me quoting your post, and adding a vote, will get it noticed Top ^^
