This whole double secret reverse quoting whatever crap is paranoia. If he did break a rule, he's modkilled; if not, he's lynched. A Joker isn't in a game designed to 'last six or seven days', or at least not with a game-ending victory, so I feel we can safely lynch him.

Muffin Attak: Kikori made absolutely certain that this would be a productive day. The town pushed him into a corner, and he just let everything spill. His alignment with the Mafia, his true allegiance to the Demon, and even the nature of his most prized possession: his magic mirror, an item capable of reversing an entire series of events. He was lynched shortly after.

Jackstick: Well he must have been lying. People lie about their roles all the time. Hell, even I do that. I'm not really a Nocturnal Detective, you know? It's all a ruse.

Muffin Attak: That's true, but a quick search of his home found that he was indeed telling the truth. In hand he carried the black knife of the Mafia, but in his heart he carried a strong allegiance towards the Demon, as evident from the disturbing entries found in his journal. He must have been one of the possessed.

Jackstick: Jeez, and what a way to go. Letting everything all out like that? One would think that such a move could be very detrimental to the gamepl-, err, I mean, to the atmosphere of our town.

Muffin Attak: One would think.

Muffin Attak: It would have certainly helped last night. Once again, we had two attacks.

Jackstick: Shut up, just tell me what happened.

Muffin Attak: Scar was the first to be found. It was a stabbing, only this time the Mafia didn't just use their knives. They used scalpels, too.

Jackstick: Scalpels? Where did they get scalpels?

Muffin Attak: From Scar's own house. He had a whole collection of scalpels, among other medical tools.

Jackstick: ... then he must have been our doctor. Well, moving right along! Who else was attacked last night?

Muffin Attak: Sighence came under an unusual attack, but he survived.

Jackstick: Ah, so he must have been Scar's latest patient.

Muffin Attak: Well, no, he didn't mention anything about being protected by anyone. Whoever attacked him simply wasn't able to finish the job.

Jackstick: What sort of attack are we talking about?

Muffin Attak: One of unholy nature. He was found in his room, nearly catatonic. The attacker must have been working for the Demon.

Jackstick: Why weren't they able to finish the job? What's so difficult about sucking out a person's soul?

Muffin Attak: My guess is, whoever did it is not as powerful as the Demon itself. They are a mere human under the Demon's control, so they're not exactly experts in soul-sucking.

Jackstick: Well, I guess that's a good thing. Things are going to be especially difficult now that our doctor is dead, though.

Thought I'd post this for reference. Can't be bothered to colour-code it properly for possible Demon/Mafia, but 3 non-demons out of the remaining lot is helpful at least.

A few people need to start posting more.

Another possibility is that Monk could be the Demon himself and this is why a servant of his could not suck out his soul. As we saw from Kikori, the Demon's minions don't necessarily know who the Demon is. Awaiting comment from Monk either way.

Just throwing this out there. Maybe the demon can attack one night but requires a follower to "fill" him on the next night so he can act again. Or it is possible he converted someone this night, rather than kill.

Also, given what happened to Godders, and what Kiks pm said, is it possible the demon does not know who his followers are? That would be weird but he has to have some kind of limitation.

Dr Henry, yesterday you were soft on the demon, expressing hesitation in the immediate searching and killing of the demon. Now you're voting for the third-party's enemy, someone they wanted dead. We don't know how large the third-party is (we know it's at least two) and we don't know if they're coordinated, but we can be confident that barring further information, Monk probably isn't third-party. You've stated your belief in this, and since he hasn't exhibited any scum-tells nor have you accused him of any, I'm not sure why you're voting for him. Don't say "to pressure him;" you were all over Lander for his unfounded vote "for pressure."
